Great value, super clean, big TV, comfortable seating, easy to park and unload. Very accommodating for two people. It was close enough to the highway that our travels to and fro during the weekend were a snap. Close to the yacht club, grocery, etc. Not on the water, but that wasn’t part of our agenda.

Every amenity listed was correct that we encountered. I did not walk the condo property to locate the bay view as pictured. Like other southern state rental properties that we have stayed in with the high humidity present, there was a distinct odor of mold, which noticeably stirred up an allergic reaction for one of us.

We stayed in this unit to give our daughter and us some privacy while visiting for a couple of weeks. This way no one in her household had to give up their room or bed for us. It worked out well for us.

Nice condo with easy access to Daphne and surrounding areas. Condo was clean and well maintained, easy to check in and out, and in a nice neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to have curtains that cover the entire back sliding glass door.

I contacted owner on day of arrival asking for check in code. He told me I would receive it at 7:30pm because he was at work. I responded back to him that check in was at 4:00pm. Four hours from my message, he had not responded back to me. I contacted VRBO. Then at 6:50, I received the check in information for a 4:00pm check in time. This was very inconvenient having to wait almost three hours to check in. They refunded $50.

Everything was great with the exception of the patio entrance. Looked flimsy and did not have proper curtains. There was a clear path to the bathroom door if it was not closed.

Enjoyed the stay. The area was quite and felt safe. The one bed room was very comfortable and the shower, what can I say. I could have stay in the shower for an hour, the spray head was excellent. Communication with the host via text was easy and quick to reply. I can’t wait unti the next time we come down to stay again

The condo we stayed in was prestine. It was well stocked with the essentials. It was nice being on the 1st floor, as we did not have to haul our ice chests up stairs. Miss Paula communicated with us promptly when we had questions. The only negative was that it did not have a washer and dryer inside.
We highly recommend staying here, as it is close to everything: Downtown Fairhope, restaurants, beaches, boat launch, golf, etc.

Place was the perfect size for us. Condo well stocked. Stores & restaurants just minutes away on main road. Three minutes from family we were visiting with. Only complaint: Bed mattress very uncomfortable. We had to flip it over.

Very clean. Easy check in and out. Everything we could ever need was provided, even extra bateries for the TV remotes. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was provided with everything need to cook anything. There is high speed internet provided anlong with 2 TV's with multible streaming apps. It was not directly on the beach but within a short walk of one. It is very close to all the major attractions and restaurants. We would definitely recomend this to everyone and we will come back here next time we are in the area

My husband and I visited for a long weekend for the Fairhope Arts Festival. This location is close to everything we wanted to do in Daphne and Fairhope Very quiet neighborhood and easy access from Hwy 98. The unit was clean and met our needs. We would definitely consider this location again.
