Great hotel in great area, all staff were friendly and lots of room

Incredible place, great deal! Rooftop infinity pool and bar was nice and quiet on a Thursday night. Wish we could have stayed and booked the whole weekend but Expedia was a nightmarish den of thieves....

Unfortunately, check in was a bit rough to say the least. However, as a someone who has worked in the hotel industry I refuse to mention the hotel employee’s name. Why? Because as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry I remember how difficult that job can be. So I would rather focus on the positives of my stay. What I would like to tell you about was how the young lady (only female who works the Front Desk employee) forgot to get her name, at this property made a lifetime loyal guest out of me. 1. She took the time to explain to me that the man checking us in was new. 2. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. 3. Her guest services far surpassed our expectations. 4. Unfortunately, the only negative thing of our stay was that the cable tv did not work. 5. A very nice man from engineering came to the room and apologized after he too was unable to activate the cable. 6. The pool bar staff, the lobby bar staff and your hotel restaurant staff were all on point from the warm welcome, perfectly mixed cocktails and genuine guest service. My suite was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the suite was quiet.

We came for night one of Taylor Swift concerts - and it was the perfect location. Easy to walk to the French Quarter and the Superdome. The staff were all so friendly and our room was amazing!

An amazing time from check in to check out. Very friendly staff from the front desk, concierge, and house keepers. We also enjoyed the central location to various attractions throughout the city. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall a great value and would stay there again.

Great trip … Always our go to hotel when traveling to New Orleans. Property is outstanding and you cannot beat the location.

hotel was nice and clean and most staff was friendly and useful. however, my wife jumped in the shower when we realizes and then realized we didnt have a clean towel. went to teh front desk to get one. they said they would have to send room service with it. i explained she was in the shower currently. 20 minutes later still no towel. shes waiting in the shower. i call the front desk and they say they will send the request again. ended up drying off with a t shirt. got ready and left for dinner. still no towel until we came back later that night.

Came to New Orleans for the Saints vs Eagles game. Thought we had to wait until 4 to check in like the website said but we checked in an hour early. Were able to wash relax then head out to enjoy Louisiana. 10/10

Property and staff were absolutely amazing! From the time I stepped foot out my Uber I received nothing but the best hospitality!! Special thanks to Dexter and Richard both very helpful and polite! I’ll definitely be booking again!

I recently stayed 3 nights at the Nopsi Hotel. The stay was amazing. The hotel is walking distance from Canal, Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. I will definitely be returning soon!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our refrigerator did not work, the ice machine on our floor (3rd) was broken the whole four days we were there. No microwave in the rooms.

Charming hotel with nice room sizes but the rooms can use an upgrade.

Very nice location and building. Everything came with an undisclosed fee. Unable to provide a receipt at all. Still haven't seen what the final charge to my card is but I have a feeling I will need to dispute it.

I had two rooms and one definitely wasn’t cleaned properly and they allowed kids in the pool area late while adults were drinking and doing adult Things. Other than that, everything was great.

Stayed here in January 2023 and really enjoyed the service. However, this time (Aug 2024) everything was much worse. Apparently there is a change in ownership Hope they improve training and courtesy. Rooftop bar service was great.

I loved how everyone was very friendly. Walking into the hotel you're greeted with an open lobby which was spacious. The bathrooms downstairs were clean. I didn't want to stay at a chain hotel but more or less a hotel that was in the area only. It seemed as if the hotel was filled with the culture. The rooms were updated but you can also tell that the hotel had been around for some time which was perfect. I had a few concerns about the hotel after reading the reviews so i called to ask a few questions. Rosey answered the phone snd before i could further explain the reason for my call, she assured me that everything in the reviews were already taken care of. Lucky for us, Rosey was there when we checked in. This trip was to celebrate my sisters birthday and when I tell you EVERYONE made her feel special, I mean it. She was overjoyed with all of the love. The only issue we had was with the restaurant. It seemed like it took a long time for our food to come out. Other than that, we didn't have any complaints. Make sure to checkout this hotel if you're in the area. It's within walking distance to pretty much everything.
