I liked the place because it was quiet and staff around the hotel taking care of it. Clean in the kitchen at breakfast time. The pool was clean. Bed was comfortable but need to smell more clean and towels very rough. Price good.

The hotel has a unique design and is beautifully decorated! The staff is professional and friendly.
Unfortunately, We had to get new sheets, when we checked in and should’ve gotten new pillows & more towels. There were just decorative pillows on the bed and no small towels to wash up with.
However, even though it was late, the staff was helpful and positive in helping us to correct things.
Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared to order. It was included in the cost of the room. With great service from the restaurant staff! The chef prepared us a delicious vegetarian breakfast and the waiter was excellent!
Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful hotel!

The room was small and only had a window on the corridor. However, it was bright and clean. The little things made it seem a little too cheap. The were no drinking glasses, not even plastic. There was a nice little coffee maker but only one nice ceramic cup, awkward for two people. When we asked at the desk for a second one, after much searching we we received three styrofoam ones for the rest of our stay. I had hoped they would ask the maid to leave a second real cup. We were refused a second room key and there were only two hangers for our clothes. Breakfast was good with a couple excellent dishes on the buffet each day and we also had nice dinner at the restuarant

2 Adults 2 children and we got a 2nd bedroom with TV towards the back for our children.
The room did have a little smell of musk. But it wasn’t too bad.
I asked for double pillows and that was given to me without an Issue. My children had some fun in the swimming pool. The type of people renting that hotel where family or business people. My daughter lost her IphoneX and was found in the pool by another hotel guest and turned it in to the reception. It was returned to my daughter. Over all I give it 5 stars. But if something can be done for that musky smell, it be awesome.

There were a lot of cracks in the walls for a newer hotel. Ants came in through the cracks. For the price the hotel is fine.

Great place near everything in Torreon. Clean, friendly staff. They take pets, which is important to us. Would definitely stay again.
