The view was amazing

Enough room for everyone and it was well kept and cutely decorated.

The house was very clean and well maintained and had all the features we were looking for. The town of Waldport and nearby towns were the perfect setting for our vacation.

The house was perfect! It was extremely clean, well lit and welcoming. The chairs and couches were very comfortable and all offered fantastic views of the Bay. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The house is equipped with a ton of games, puzzles and books and has a very well supplied kitchen. On our first morning the coffee pot (a very nice Keurig) just stopped working and the staff had a replacement within an hour. If you’re a light sleeper and are in the upstairs bedroom you may have an issue with road noise, but we only ever noticed it in that room. My wife and I agreed that this is one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years) and we will 100% return.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. The home was absolutely lovely but I will never rent a VACASA managed home again. They do not care about your assets. I had to call 5 times in total over the span of week because I was being told repeatedly when I called that I would be contacted back and every time I call they just apologize and act as if nothing happened. And each time I called it was as if I had never called them in the first place, they had no idea why I was calling and had to re-explain every single time and be placed on wait. And alls I would get in the end is “someone should be reaching out shortly with an update “ 0 updates were given as I had to call for there to be any communication

Hottubbing is great, as well as watching wildlife (river otters, raccoons, seals and numerous birds) in the bay right outside the windows.

This house is nice with a beautiful view of the Alsea river. Very nice hot tub. No access to the river and very close to a busy road.

You can trust the pictures on this one! The home is well kept, cleaned, and well stocked with linens and towels and kitchen utensils/ cook ware.

Modern and sleek, with a cozy feel and amazing views! House was super clean. Loved watching the salmon jump and the sea lions roam in the water. Lots of puzzles and games for extra fun! Media room is large and again, cannot beat the view! It was quiet and just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Minutes into town for whatever you may need. Hot tub with screen was a nice place to relax in private. Would absolutely rent again!

The view is really what makes this house worth it. Got to wake up and we watched an otter playing for over 30 min. along with other wild life. It's an easy driving distance to the towns around it and the actual beach access was a very short drive with easy access. The hot tub was nice to soak in after walking around all day and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2v2 games of foosball.

Loved this beach house, it was set up perfect and very clean. Also a great place for a romantic getaway right on the water! Loved the kitchen and all the appliances and dishes and that came along with it. Also was very close to the beach and shops in Waldport. The bbq and crab cooking pots were a very nice catch as we went crabbing on the docks in Waldport that day. Would highly recommend it!

My family and I spend a very lovely time during our vacations at the Oregon's cost and the house helped on made it unforgettable. The house description was very accurate and inside the house everything was very clean and neat with everything a family could needed and more.

We rented this for 2 of us but invited another couple of friends to join us. Everything was perfect except that there were no soaps or shower gel which is small compared to all the things it has. Watched a lot of movies on the big tv an there were tons of games for kids and grown ups. I would only ask for one more thing ..creamer for coffee.
