Seems to be a newer hotel and rooms were spacious and comfortable albeit the bathroom was a little small. It did have a nice size shower. The restaurant inside the hotel was convenient and had very tasty food if you didn't feel like getting out. Great service in the restaurant as well.

The property is in excellent condition, safe and the staff were outstanding!

I enjoyed my stay. The only downside was that I am handicapped and walk with a walker. My room was the very last room furthest from the elevator at the end of the hall. When I asked for a more accessible room, the options available were on the 5th floor. In the event of an emergency, I would never be able to take the stairs as an escape route. In retrospect, I will contact a hotel via phone before booking, to make them aware of my handicapped accessible needs.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. My son and his family ejoyed their time in the pool.

Stayed at this property when attending a concert at the casino. The staff was very nice and our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay close to the casino. Staff was very helpful and nice. They have a bar and have buffett breakfast but you have to pay for it.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Mt Pleasant Holiday Inn. The problem we encountered was no hot water on our 2nd and 3rd day. To their credit they did comp us for the last day for the inconvenience.

The hotel itself was very nice. The only complaint we have is that breakfast wasn't included ($12.99 a person) When you pay over $250 for a room, i think breakfast should be included

Very nice, updated room. Lots of storage of clothing, etc. Bath room has a vent fan which is an understated necessity. We did not eat at the restaurant on site. Great conscience but for the price, IHOP and Bob Evan’s are close by. Bed was reasonably comfortable. I would stay here again.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the modern look of the lobby. We had asked for a handicap accessible rest room and it was exactly what we had hoped for. The room itself was huge. We were very surprised at the size of the room. Overall it was a very nice stay at this Holiday Inn.

I was booked for the wrong room on the wrong day they didnt include my protection plan even tho i know for a fact i signed up for it because i always do!! They did have me signed up for the free breakfast.. eventually charging me almost 70$ more than my orginal booking! All i wanted was a tub.. to relax in a tub... i made that clear woth every single person i talked to and i still got a stand up shower! And when i went yo put my drinks in the fridge... its broken.. so i got stuck sleeping in a bed with my almost adult daughter.. i didnt get a tub and i didnt get free breakfast.. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN! YOU DID NOTHING TO MAKE THIS BETTER!

The breakfast staff was so nice definitely made you feel welcome beds comfy very clean my only issue was parents letting the kids run around playing tag at 8 am right next to the room we were in.

The staff was friendly, courtious, and professional. The lobby and rooms were very nice and clean. The Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again if I ever get back to the area. The only issue I had is that they don't offer free coffee or jucie in the morning. No continenal breakfast?

Best place to stay at if you’re not able to get a place at soaring eagle. They have a shuttle service if you drink and want to be safe. Hotel is very clean and has great people to help you.
