The pictures barely do this place justice. It is absolutely a Palace. Incredibly clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. Our group of five adults and two children were very comfortable. The soundproofing between rooms was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things. The property manager, Reed, was so helpful. Checking in was a breeze as he met us, and helped us with our luggage. Couldn’t of been nicer.

Everything great about this place. Perfect central location, over ice rink and near lots of dining and shopping options. Very nicely decorated with attention to details and high-end fixtures and finishes - things you can't get at a hotel. Host / rental agent was also very easy to work with - great communication and very friendly.

Beautiful condo, plenty of space for our large group, perfect location in center of the village with access to everything.

Had trouble with washing machine but owner tried to help

Reed did a great job of introducing us to the property, the parking garage, luggage carts, trash service, etc. We never would have figured it all out without his help. The location overlooking the ice rink was great, and great shopping and restaurants just outside our door was a lot of fun. The unit above ours flooded, so we had water dripping through the ceiling in the kitchen for a short period. We called Reed and he was there in 10 minutes (on a Sunday night), quickly followed by the maintenance man. Their quick response times made what could have been a disaster for our trip into a brief interruption that didn’t interfere with our plans. We had a great time with all of our family together in the unit. We would definitely rent it again

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the condo offers plenty of space for family time and for privacy. Within yards of anything we needed, and while there were a few glitches with some things not working, the property manager was always responsive and helpful, trying to make things right. . Would go there again!

This condo was great for family and friends. Right in the heart of Beaver Creek. We had everything we needed with plenty of place to store our ski equipment! Management staff was great and easy to communicate with before and during the trip!

Great place and perfect location doesn’t get any better

This mountain home is lovely and beautifully appointed with plenty of space. The open living room, dining room and kitchen area was a great place for our family to gather. The bedrooms offered everyone privacy and comfort. The location could not be better. Every detail was well thought out for guest. We felt welcomed and well informed upon our arrival. Check-in was easy.

We have stayed in one of Charlie/Reed’s properties before (actually right next door) and this location is primo. Great for 6 adults and is an absolutely beautiful property. The finishes are super high end and the unit is just lovely. BYO coffee though and bottled water if you don’t drink tap water. There is a keurig that does both pods or pots. You won’t regret staying here or is any of their properties. They are both super helpful if needed and grey with communication!

Our stay was incredible. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and the living room is amazing. It's right in the middle of town in a perfect location. Can't wait to come back!

High end property. Looked forward to returning to the condo after a day of enjoying Colorado. Easy in and out with convenient parking. Beds were awesome.

This was an outstanding location and the home was perfectly appointed and luxurious. The linens and towels were wonderful and made you feel as though you were at a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend and would hope to be fortunate enough to stay again next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

I must say, this is the nicest/highest quality condo/home I’ve ever stayed in! Very well appointed, the kitchen is very well stocked and everything is upgraded! It is the best of the best! The private deck overlooks the ice rink/play area and they had a guitar player in the evening. I had my grandchildren with us and daughter and son-in-law and the location was perfect for us. Lots to do for the grandkids right out our door. Miniature golf, climbing walls, trampolines, cornhole games, ping-pong, shuffleboard ! There must be 15 restaurants or so within a five minute walk and over 20 stores that my wife really enjoyed. We took the free shuttle over to Splendidos for a wonderful dinner. We rented bikes and we all went on the paved path bike/hiking path along Eagle River to Edwards. The rodeo on Thursday nights in Avon is really fun. The condo is a short walk to ski school and lifts and we can’t wait to come back in the winter. Thank you Reed, you helped make our vacation a memorable one.

Stunning, high-end property in the heart of BC Village! A quick walk to the shops, restaurants and slopes! This unit was able to accommodate our group of 8 with everything we needed - very clean and well stocked. The balcony overlooks the ice rink and we can’t wait to come back this winter!
