It was a treat to stay there, the space was comfortable for 8 ladies. The interior decor was appreciated- and it was clean and had everything we needed. It was a 10 of 10. Missy was fun as well.

Two families coming together worth adult children in each family. Place was excellent and easy to navigate with 7 of us. Kitchen is very well appointed. Rooms were great sizes. Everyone was very comfortable!

We were in from out of town to celebrate our son's college graduation. The property was equipped with everything we needed. Extra blankets/pillows, fully stocked kitchen, high chair and travel crib. The 5 bedrooms and 3 baths were very spacious to accommodate extended family that traveled as well as our local family that visited. I would recommend this property.

Beds wer nice and soft. The kithchen was extremely well appointed. The den had plenty of seating. The garage was a accessible which isn't always the case with rentals. It was also large enough for 1 1/2 car lengths. Also beautiful baxk yard and deck. Easy home to find and greet location.

What a terrific place! Lovely, renovated house, equipped with whatever we needed; terrific information about things to do in town; quiet convenient neighborhood; pleasant, sheltered back yard with deck and lawn; responsive and helpful owner. The only glitch was we had not gotten the door code ahead of time, but Missy responded promptly when we reached out the day before arrival. This was the perfect home for our multigeneration family as we came together for a wedding with time to enjoy eating and exploring in Albuquerque!

We, and extended family were in town for our daughter's wedding for 3 days. Rather than everyone getting separate hotel rooms, we chose Missy's lovely home. We had 8 mature family members from Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, California, North Carolina. Before everyone arrived, we made a quick trip to Costco to stock the frig. Missy's home was everything and more. It was better than we could imagine! The family room and kitchen were large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everyone was able to gather in both rooms comfortably. We prepared several meals. Everyone could sit at the dining room table. Everyone could sit in the living room and converse. Everyone had their own room and/or bed. All of our out of town guests are still talking about how nice it was. It was very, very clean and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxuriously appointed. Everything was so well thought out! The beds were very comfortable. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner mounted on the wall - similar to being on a cruise ship. The kitchen had plenty of staples - spices, olive oil etc. The coffee bar was awesome. All rooms were light and bright with windows. There were also blackout curtains when we wanted to rest and/or watch a movie. We took several family photos and the backdrop was beautiful inside and out. The backyard/ deck was very relaxing and large. We told our new in-laws about it and they are going to recommend it for their out of town guests going forward.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We did have an air conditioning problem, but Missy was great in responding and getting prompt service, even on a holiday. We will stay there again in the future if we need room for that many people. This was the second time my extended family and I stayed at this property. Obviously, absolutely no complaints! Very clean, spacious, with many amenities. Missy is a great host, very responsive, helpful and accommodating.

We are so impressed with your home and all of the thoughtful amenities you have provided. We have rented homes all over the country and your is by far one of our favorite! You have thought of everything we could need and went above and beyond to make this a comfortable stay. The coffee bar has been a huge hit. We all admire your decor and furnishings. Good, clean property. Nicely set up for 6-8 people comfortably. No fights over bathrooms or other amenities, which is huge with teenagers in tow. Coffee bar was a nice touch. Polite, responsive property owner. Would stay again.

We had a variety of ages for our stay - the layout and efficiency of the house was perfect! Clean, and well intentioned for guests.

This home is fabulous! Decor and supplies in the home were perfect. Yard is huge with great deck and outdoor dining. Kitchen stocked and handled many meals for a large group. Only thing to be aware of is that there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main floor. Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues.

My family enjoyed our stay at this property and the property manager was delightful.

We only stay in VRBOs twice a year - getting our family of fourteen together. This time in ABQ four family members reside in ABQ and this home was absolutely perfect for the remaining ten of us. It was obvious from pre-arrival communication and our arrival that the VRBO owner and property manager only wanted to present the very best possible home-away-from-home for the guests. Home has recently been completely updated - including all rooms and furnishings. Totally “squeaky-clean”. More of everything was thoughtfully provided: Keurig, coffee/tea/cocoa pods, nearly new stainless appliances, tons of every kind of kitchen utensil imaginable, plenty of designer bath linens, cozy comforter blankets, smart TV in every bedroom and living room, cupboard full of spices and condiments, dishes, pots/pans, serving dishes, extra tp and paper towels, very comfortable beds, upscale everything…and the list goes on! I could imagine the homeowner and property manager sitting in every room and asking, “how can we make this property more comfortable and enjoyable for our guests?” I rate Dellwood Ct. in Albuquerque a “25” out of “10”. Communication with property manager before, during, and after our stay was stellar!

We were in town for my daughters wedding dress shopping trip. We looked at tons of VRBO options and won the lottery with this one! Wonderful accommodations, plenty of comfy beds and amenities. We spent a considerable amount of time at the house, cooked breakfast and one dinner. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, and even a hair dryer in the bathroom! Big, comfy couch that 8 people can easily enjoy. Having the attached garage, bbq and big fenced yard were a big bonus. We were able to have our Granddog there for a bit too. Great value in this clean, well appointed home!
