Nice hotel and nice service

I give it 4 out of 5 stars because the rooms could have been cleaner than they were. Overall it was a nice experience.

We love Stoney Creek, we always stay here when we are flying out early the next day.

Wonderful! The hotel was clean, quiet, friendly staff and pet friendly. Price was very acceptable.

Clean rooms and great service

The counter attendant was absolutely wonderful and the room was incredible! It was a great stay. The only problem we experienced was the cleanliness of the hallways and the crew that did house keeping. We could not believe how much food and trash was left all over the floors in hallway and the cleaning crew didn’t clean up any of it during our two day stay. They left all of their cart equipment completely blocking the hallway as we made our way to the elevator. We literally had to move their carts to get passed them. Never have seen anything like it. Who ever trained the desk attendants obviously had nothing to do with training the rest of the staff. It was truly pathetic. We were so pleased with the room. So disappointing that I couldn’t leave a better review.

It was fantastic!!!! The front desk clerk was amazing and very friendly. The room was very nice, the things I noticed that weren’t good was the fact of hair on the shower walls, used tissues in the tissue holder, and the mini fridge didn’t cool that fast. Other than that the jacuzzi tub was on point and the bed was comfortable.

Good comfortable stay

Hotel is wonderful. Only issue we had was they left dirty washcloths in the shower.

We had a great experience with our stay. The only downside was we had a middle floor and we had a very noisy family above us that stayed up late and seemed like they were having races until late at night. We were very cautious about being too loud because we could hear them above us. Everything else was great. We did end up doing Uber Eats with Oklahoma Joe’s across the street instead of the restaurant because we didn’t want to leave the room once we arrived for the night, so I can’t attest to the restaurant but it looked really nice.

Hotel is awesome and the staff is professional, well mannered and accommodating. Only a couple of hours drive from the Elephants in Hugo, OK. Nice place. Great breakfast.

Great accommodations! Our only concern was that whoever was staying above us, as we were on the first floor, made noise way into the night. We finally called the front dest at midnight to complain as we couldn't sleep.

Housekeeping not done over stay

I say here often, but my last stay was very disappointing. First issue is the coffee in my room was never replenished, second issue is the bar tender in the hotel was not friendly, at moments he was downright rude and obtuse

I was extremely excited to get to this hotel and check into my room after helping my college kiddo move for 12hours straight. I was exhausted and hurting all over my body. I didn’t get to my room until midnight. I immediately showered. The knob on the shower was falling off and would barely turn. Ok whatever… shower and get ready to crawl into bed and I pull back the sheets to the most disgusting, filthiest set of sheets ever. I was BEYOND disgusted. Tons and tons of long black curly hair, some sort of animal hair, and pee stains everywhere including the pillows!! I took several pics, unfortunately I can’t upload to Expedia. Called the front desk and was brought new sheets that I had to change myself as they didn’t have cleaning crew that late. I chose to sleep on the couch and check out immediately in the morning. It’s a shame bc the outside of the hotel looks awesome!

As good as Drury without kickback.

My mom and step dad stayed at Stoney creek and had the best experience. Unfortunately we did not. The best part of our stay was the rabbits. The room looked like we were let in before the room was done getting cleaned. It felt wet the entire time. My daughter slipped in the shower because it was so greasy. We had to put towels down just to take a shower. And our room wasn’t going to be cleaned until we had been there 3 days. But they don’t tell you that when you check in. Coffee in the room was never stocked. You had to request your room to be cleaned and it was barely and nothing stocked. We had to use Kleenex for toilet paper. Besides the bunnies, the breakfast was great. Probably won’t be back. Customer service wasn’t a number one priority. I do not recommend.

Neat clean beautiful decor

Nice clean room with comfy beds. They had multiple gathering spaces for our group and a bar connected. Worked great for our family gathering.

The pool area was very dirty. Restrooms outside the pool area were closed.Food and drinks were allowed in the pool area. No supervision.

We enjoyed the decor! The pantry is convenient, staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and our stay was nice and quiet! Also, it’s pet friendly! Quick walk to Bass Pro, ice cream shops, dining, and shopping. Will return!
