Room was comfortable, Bathroom was good size and had good size shower with 2 different types of shower. Hotel is in good location in centre of town and not that hard to find.

Was not that clean, cigarette butts not cleaned up on the balcony outside and water dripped down from room above's air conditioner, both of these need sorting.

It's nice hotel located directly on the pedestrian zone, close to all restuarant and shops.

It is little bit more expensive, but there are not many options in Ceuta generally.

Very well located in downtown Ceuta. The staff at the front desk was nice. The bathrooms had a good size.

We encountered dirt from the previous guest in the shower. There was also a dirty glass in the terrace. The breakfast room was an awful, badly iluminated room with zero ambiance and basic food. Spills and dirt caused during serving by previous guests was not cleaned. The poor person in charge of the breakifast looked like someone who is working there out of pure necessity but is very unhappy. The hotel may have known better times but now everything looks old and badly kept. We had asked for a room with separate beds but we just got two mattresses next to each other. There is no room for more. The quality of the beds was poor. Corridors were not well iluminated.

It says in the description that the room has an ocean view but it doesn’t.

Love this hotel and cannot wait to come back! Excellent balcony, views, bed and the room was quite big and I was impressed. I slept like a baby with views of the harbor. Bathroom was very roomy and modern. Cleaning staff is top notch! Centrally located and close to everything, main plaza, cathedral, groceries and shopping. It is about a mile walk that is very doable from the ferry. Close to the historic fort and beaches. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, price/quality was decent, everything in walking distance, difficult to find parking close to the hotel, friendly staff.

the location big beds

we booked two rooms for 2 couples. one room was clean but the other was not. the toilet was dirty. the two rooms were very noisy. fortunately we had to leave yearly on the morning.

there was no breakfast available even though paid for at the confidences time of 7.30am. they just said would be ready soon but we had to catch a ferry so had to leave therefore didn’t get the breakfast we paid for

The location is great. Right in the middle of town

Check in was very slow. Once we got our rooms 3 of the 4 rooms were still not cleaned and ready so had to come back down to reception and wait even longer to get rooms that were ready
