An excellent hotel! Staff on the 11pm shift Alexandra and a gentleman provided great reception service! The room was better than expected. Eco-friendly and amazing environmental items. I will definitely stay here if I have to return to Warsaw!

Fantastic hotel in the city center. Very friendly staff. Room clean, spacious, well equipped. I really enjoyed wide choice of mocktails in the bar.

We left some clothes at this property and they would not forward the clothes to us in Krakow Holidy Inn overnight. They still have the clothes. Also there was a musty smell in the room.

No hot shower was provided due to the broken hot water pipe facility. Need to be fixed immediately. I was still lucky that it was summer.

The hotel was really nice. Everyone who worked here was very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The air conditioning worked pretty well for July. It was about a 15 minute walk to the trains and trams but an easy, safe walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, about 18 minutes away from WAW airport. Very clean room, fantastic breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would book again when in Warsaw.

Warm welcome with a bright, clean, quiet room. Two bottles of water in the room which was much appreciated given the warm weather. Room temperature remained perfect without any adjustment. Pleasant bar.

We really enjoyed our stay! Spacious hotel room and also very quiet. The only improvement would be a fridge in the room as well. The staff was polite and the check in went smooth. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, the only negative thing about it was that it was really busy and loud. Great location of the hotel within walking distance to the train station, stores and restaurants. Would definitely come back!
