Lovely smaller hotel on first floor with wonderful welcoming and helpful staff. Pleasant town with easy access to Cinque Terre. Highly recommended. (but be aware that there is no elevator).

The building was old and historical but renovated very nicely. The breakfast was very good and the staff, Alberto, Francesca (×2) and the rest were very nice and went out of their way if you needed anything. I would definitely have no problem staying here again!

Perfect for our visit! The hotel is quaint and beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Alberto, the manager, made us an espresso at check-out since we missed breakfast due to an early morning hike and we enjoyed our chat with him. It was lovely!

the hotel was great. Levanto provides easy access to cinque terra but much less crowded and more like a real town. Both the train and ferry are walkable from the hotel. Excellent restaurants nearby. Staff was wonderful. Made me feel at home. The building is beautiful with lovely painted ceilings. I will definitely return to the area and stay here. We spent 2 nights in riomaggiore and 2 nights here and this was more relaxing.

It was a really nice place to stay with interesting architecture and a lovely buffet breakfast in the mornings. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The area of Levanto was a lovely base for exploring cinque terre with great options for food and a really nice town to explore and beach to relax on. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the beach, station and lots of restaurants.

Wonderful hotel with excellent friendly, helpful staff. Lots of information about the local area, help with booking dining options and taxis. Large room with beautiful fresco, comfy bed and clean shower and bathroom with fluffy towels and slippers. Would stay again - thank you to staff, particularly Francesca who made us feel so welcome and at home.

Outstanding service by all employees who all did there best to make the stay the best. Great recommendation for restaurants and they booked and with there booking sometimes we got discount. Clean small hotel. Me and my wife really liked it. Parking was though € 20 a night and it is on the second floor and you have to carry your bags up the stairs. But if you are going to Cinqe Terre life is stairs so this did not bother us at all. Overall a great stay - and good location between Levanto down town and the train station. We will be back and we would recommend to all.

We stayed 6 nights at Pallazzo Vannoni while hiking in Cinque Terre. It's been one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was gorgeous, spactial with high ceiling and contantly at perfect temperature. The staff and the hotel manager were incredibly warm and helpful and took the time make us feel welcome, make reservations and point out some of the best resturants in the region. Room cleaning was excellent. Water was drinkable. Location was at the heart of Levanto close to the railway station, beach and old city center. 10/10 dont look any further!

Beloved stay in this wonderful old palazzo. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and nice refurbished. We really suggest to stay here and are happy to come back again.

My mother and I stayed at Palazzo Vannoni for 3 nights. There is no way we could have chose a better hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by THE MOST friendly and personable staff from our entire trip in Europe. The breakfast included each morning was incredible, all of the fruit was fresh and was the perfect fuel to get ready for our day. I want to give a special shoutout to Fabiana, who was by the far THE BEST individual we ran into during our time in Italy. Not only did she help us plan our 3 days in Levanto, she also went above and beyond to give further recommendations for other locations we were staying at that she was familiar with. Fabiana made my mother and I feel like family, for this we were extremely grateful. You can not go wrong with this hotel or location, coming from 2 *spoiled* New Yorkers with high expectations, this entire experience absolutely blew us away. Thank you!!!!

It’s in a great location. The manager (Alberto) and staff were all super friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Apparently the hotel was purchased a couple of years ago by new owners and has been completely re-done so everything is new and clean. We would definitely return here.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The friendly relaxed welome, explanation of amenities and local attractions was just the start. Good restaurant recommendations that they booked for us. The room was modern and very clean. Breakfast was a buffet, a fine spread, all of which was very tasty. Throughout the stay everyone made us very welcome, highly recommended.

Excellent location. Walking distance to beach, churches and train to cinque terre. Very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and many options. Parking in this area can be tricky but owner gave us local parking sticker. What a great location! And amazingly beautiful ceilings
