Great clean home. Location is perfect to everything fun!

My brother and I had been planning a cross country road trip from St. Pete, FL to Scottsdale for several months. After we were ordered to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Ian, we decided to move our trip up a couple of weeks and were under pressure to find a suitable home for the full month of October fast. I feel like we got really lucky finding this home which was perfect for us and our dog Scooby. The location is right in the middle of Scottsdale making it easy to get anywhere in the city in a reasonable amount of time, and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe with polite & friendly neighbors. The home itself was great for us as it had plenty of space and was extremely clean from the moment we arrived. Since my brother and I run an online business and work from home, the desks provided in 2 of the bedrooms and good Wi-Fi made it seamless for us to be productive. Perhaps the best part about this home was how well the house was stocked up with every essential item you could need. Kudos to the owners for this. The kitchen had an abundance of supplies for cooking, grilling and cleaning. The laundry room was excellently prepared with detergent, stain removers, bleach, extra toilet paper & paper towels… again literally anything you could ever need. And finally they were prepared with closets full of extra towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Bottom line: If you’re looking to book a long term stay in Scottsdale in a central location that’s stocked up with everything you could need… look no further than this home. If you need a cozy quiet place to stay for just a few days or weekend, this home will be perfect for you also. Bonus - Communication with our contact from Vacasa (the rental property company), April, was superb. She reached out through text shortly after check-in and answered every question/concern I had very quickly. My biggest worry before booking this home was reading some negative reviews from other Vacasa properties who said the company was no good… I can tell you first hand this couldn’t be further from the truth, at least not with this property. I’m happy to set the record straight to anyone reading this who may have similar concerns. Don’t let it stop you from booking!
