Excellent place to stay.
Very comfortable bed and quiet.
The Manager was friendly, helpful and came out straightaway to help us into the hotel at 11.30pm.
Economical prices too.
Very impressed

Great security and for us location was good room was basic but fine. The barthrooms are quite small and ackward to use. The room was fairly clean not 100% but price was good

We love how convenient the system is, great check in process and note prior to arrival with code to get into parking lot. You get one code that works for your room, parking and front door. No keys to return. So simple! Love it!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Iy’s clean and quite . Very near the center. Very smotth chrck in and no hidden fees.

Easy and quick access to property. Parking on site is always great. All in all, it was clean and well presented but there was only one towel in the bathroom and no bins in the normal room (only a bathroom one).

Great hotel for a short stopover on a longer journey, or just to take the chance to see Chartres, it is only a 10 min drive to the historic centre with the biggest Cathedral in France. The B and B Oceane in Chartres is brand new and well maintained with friendly staff. Chartres is marvellous and has some great restaurants.

Receptionist didn't speak good English. Communication was difficult. Unable to give advice on where to go for a meal. Breakfast was really poor quality. I woukd rather just bought some pastries in a boulangerie.

We experienced two power failures which cancelled breakfast and anything hot to drink The room was comfortable and adequate for our needs if a little tight in places making it difficult to stand bedside the bed but for one night it was ok

The location of the hotel is certainly not charming but it is safe, there is free parking and the rates are great so a short drive into the city is nit bad especially if it is just one overnight stop enroute.
The room is rather small but clean and in good shape, the wifi is working well (unless it is a problem outside the hotels influence but that can happen anywhere) and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was quite alright too!

Difficult to find because no mention of the name Oceane on the signage outside. Not funny after a long and difficult drive in the dark and rain!

Comfortable clean hotel, friendly staff, hand soap required walking into shower with shoes on then stepping out with wet shoes onto slippery floor.. Bad design fault. I have used B&Bhotels for 15 years and find this problem very disappointing .I would have thought that this problem would have been rectified in a new hotel..

Arrived at nifjt. Gated hoterl. No reception. Need code ro enter. Room felt like prison. Very cold and basic. Perfect for quick traveling for business. But no comfort or warm atmosphere.

Located on a large business park just outside of Chartres, the hotel is a great place to stop overnight. Limited facilities inside the hotel, as expected, but large food shop and places to eat very close. Overnight secured parking was a bonus.
