The process to actually rent this home is a little cumbersome as they make you jump through addition hoops but in the end, the home is very nice and comfortable. I wish the pool was warmer. It’s not heated and we didn’t see a “solar heater” to help. It has everything you’ll need and it’s close to hiking, restaurants, golf and 10 min from Sedona. Our kids and I just wanted a warmer pool!

Our family had a blast! Sadly the pool was freezing cold & we were unable to swim, but that was lack of prep on my part! Quick drive to bell rock and Hiline trails, which were awesome. Traffic into Sedona was crazy!

We had a wonderful experience renting this vacation house. The location was incredibly beautiful, providing a picturesque backdrop for our getaway. The house itself was immaculate and well-maintained, and it was equipped with everything we needed for our two families, including 4 adults and 4 kids. The backyard was a highlight, offering a stunning Redrock view to relax and enjoy. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we would highly recommend this rental for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Visited for a long weekend and had a wonderful stay. Backyard is an oasis with incredible views of the red rocks. Had everything we needed in the home. Kids were thrilled to find a ping pong table in the garage. Checkout could not have been simpler. Neighborhood is quiet and just around the corner from some restaurants, market, gas station etc. Quick drive to the heart of Sedona and close to so many hiking trails.

The property was in great condition and the backyard/pool was exceptional.

The property was very well maintained and in a great location. We were at the southern end of Sedona and was able to avoid some of the traffic on 179. Everything about the property was pristine except the pool didn't look like it had been cleaned too recently - however the water was too cold to get in the pool anyway, so it didn't really matter. Beautiful home and would highly recommend.

Our family had an amazing time in the Sedona area. This house was clean, in an awesome location and a great spot to drive to the nearby red rocks of Sedona. We loved this location and had a great time!

What a beautifully well cared for and stocked property! We LOVED relaxing by the pool which is quiet and so private. The Mountain Views were outstanding! The home is perfect and has all the touches that you need. The management company is tops and so responsive!! We so enjoyed the time there just relaxing and taking in the surroundings. Highly recommend!!
