Love the beachfront. Host is the best.

We loved the site...just between the main road and beach. Photos of sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. Our view of the beach, only 20 steps from the house, was stunning. We viewed dolphins swimming in the waters right off the beach along with birds feeding and flying by. The shell combing on the beach was beyond expectations. It seems the house provided us everything we needed except food. They even had a can of bug spray and so glad we had it because the mosquitos on the beach and under the house were really bad due to the rain they had recently. Beds were comfortable as was everything in the house. Very clean. Hosts were so responsive and answered all our questions. The lift was so wonderful to use for moving our items from and to the car. We would love to stay there again...and as soon as we can. Those sunrises and sunsets were such blessings.

I wanted a beach front home for my family and this couldn’t have been better. The ocean is right out your back door. Abundance of shells on the beach, very private. The home has a lift for all your luggage and groceries so you don’t have to haul everything up the stairs. The beds were super comfortable, I’ve always hated hotel beds but these felt like I was back at home. The kitchen is stocked with most of the tools you need, including coffee, laundry soap, dish soap, even dog bowls in the house in downstairs in the closet. There’s a tv in every room which my son was excited about. The washer and dryer were so convenient and clean and easy to use. I would recommend this house and the managers to everyone looking for a beach trip. I texted them multiple times and got responses immediately. Wanted to give people a heads up, we looked for “groceries” on our phone gps, it was late at night and we wanted to get a quick collection for dinner and breakfast and it sent us to this gas station in High Island that charged us way too much, and the other closest was 30 minutes to Winnie. But the next day we discovered just 10 miles in the other direction is Boliver and there are nicer places to go, including a funny grocery store shaped like a castle that has everything you could need for a beach stay. Also a couple dollar stores, restaurants, etc. We went to Galveston one evening via the ferry it was real quick and easy on and off both ways.

Zane and Tracy make Bolivar the best destination to relax, absorb the ocean breezes, the sunrises and sunsets, and endless beach walks. This property is perfectly located, well appointed, and so comfortable. This is the ONLY place we stay on Bolivar Peninsula…so looking forward to the next one…thanks, y’all!!

Zane and Tracy are amazing hosts! Best hosts I’ve ever had. 😊Great communication with quick response to questions. The house is right on the beach. The beach is secluded where there are lots of unique seashells. The house has a great setup and it was super clean. It is dog friendly. There are all kinds of utensils, pots & pans and supplies. 6 people on all of our devices and didn’t have any issues with internet. Had bbq grill and great deck furniture to enjoy the view. Really a home away from home… right on the beach!! Highly recommend this property!! We will be back!!

We had a great stay!! The property is beautiful and the easy access to the beach was ideal for the kids. The fenced in yard was wonderful for the dogs. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had! Jennifer

Nice place right on the beach. The kids enjoyed hunting for shells and playing in the water. There was hardly anyone else in the beach, I don't know if that's due to the location or the fact it is October, either way we are not complaining! The only real negative were the mosquitoes, but I don't think there is much you can do about that in Texas 😊 We would definitely recommend to others.

The view was amazing. The property was clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and the ease of communication with the host. There was not much open on the peninsula during our stay but perhaps there is more during the summer. Getting to the ferry to go to Galveston eas convenient.

Great location, comfy and well-organized house, wonderful owners, and everything you need for your beach vacation. Just a few steps to the sand and surf!

Zane and Tracy were amazing. The place was ideal for us with dogs. Having a fenced in yard with grass was huge. We were able to let the dogs off leash to move around and use the bathroom. Yes you pick up after them. I had a few questions and the communication was top notch and pretty much right away. People are busy but they took the time to get back to us immediately. All in all a wonderful trip, awesome place and we will definitely stay there again.

This place has the perfect set up directly on the beach for you and your pups! The fenced yard worked out great. This location definitely gives you privacy, we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. So relaxing! We will be back!

Very nice house.Property owners make it easy to communicate with them.Beautiful view of the beach, since it is farther out on the BolivarPeninsula you are away from all the lights so you can see the stars at night. Walk out the gate and you are on the beach .You do not have the amount of traffic on the beach this far out ,it is funny how just a couple of miles makes such a difference.It is very dog friendly they have a fence around the property so that makes it easy.

Very close to the beach, house was clean, and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

The property is very nice, clean and was right on the beach. I loved that it’s far enough from the busy part of the beach so there was little no traffic back and forth from cars and atv’s. The property manager was very responsive and fast. Great place. Would stay again

The home was just lovely. The location is great and very accessible. It's off the beaten path but not out of sight. The the owner was fantastic and very accommodating. He was so good to check on us while we were there. Definitely will return.

We had a great time. We live only 30 miles away and wanted something that we could enjoy, but be close to home! Very relaxing!

This house is perfect! It is right on the beach and is in a quieter location. Kitchen was well stocked and included a drip coffee maker/Keurig combo. Furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this rental.

The house was very clean and presented very well. There were labels on drawers and cabinets to help us identify where items were - very helpful…..Zane was very responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. The house is steps from the water and located in a peaceful area. Would definitely stay there again!!!!

Everything was as is listed. The water is your backyard! House had plenty of towels and some basics like sunscreen and mosquitoe spray in case you forgot yours. We cooked all meals there and had everything needed in the kitchen to prepare it. The beds were so comfy! My husband said best vacation rental bed he's slept in and we've been in a lot! The sound of the waves were just what we needed. We planned this trip around the full moon and She didn't disappoint! Thank you to Zane for the great communication!

Very comfortable home in amazing location! View has the “wow” factor and access to the beach is easy. A wonderful home with all the amenities. Host communication is timely and friendly. We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to the area!

This beautiful property is the perfect setting for much-needed respite. Residing just steps away from the ocean was tremendously rejuvenating and life-changing. We loved the secluded location that was away from the populated public beaches. We really fell in love with Texas, and can't wait to visit again!

If you look for a property on the beach near Galveston stop your search because this property is where you want to be. New remodeled house with all you need, fantastic ocean views, 1 minute to the sand, fenced yard for your pet or kids. Very discrete, tasteful but inviting and fresh decoration trough the house. The house is very homey and cozy. Everything was perfect and the owners were very helpful with my reservation changes. Not to forget that the house was very clean. This was the best VRBO property I have been. We enjoyed our stay and had a hart time leaving this morning, but............ we will be back. Trust me you will not be disappointed with this rental property.

We loved the house from the moment we walked in. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was decorated nicely and had a lovely, serene vibe. The out-the-back walk to the beach was a huge plus, we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays!! Would definitely like to return!

We had a great time at this house and timing was great for quiet walks on the beach without many people at all. Beach access and views from the porch were amazing. Even though it was colder, spent a lot if time there cooking and having fun. Gate around property was a wonderful bonus for the pooch. Would definitely stay there again!

One of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed at. Extra clean, has absolutely everything you may need to make your stay comfortable . The view is fabulous and best of all it is truly steps to the ocean. Wonderful!

Spent thanksgiving with the family at this wonderful home on the beach. Home was very clean with all the amenities you’d be looking for. Communication with the host was great and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
