The condo was great with a cool, tropical vibe. It was nicely updated with lots of useful amenities. It’s location just south of Kona was a great base for exploring our favorite sites toward the south, like Two Step and the Captain Cook Monument. There’s a convenient shopping center just 2 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was amazing. The house was clean and just as described. Everything was close by and we loved having a centralized location to stay. The outdoor space was very relaxing and the neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Kona.

From the moment we entered the condo we felt "at-home" and on vacation mode. The amenities and eye to detail were beyond our expectations. Yes...there is no A/C, but open the windows and sliding door, turn on the fans and enjoy the cool island breeze. Already planning the next visit...

Roomy condo with washer and dryer which is so convenient. Very close to pool. Very quiet location. Nice sized kitchen for us to cook almost all of our meals. Grocery is close by. Quick response from host when we had questions. We will stay here again.

The Condo had everything you need for a long stay or a shorter one. Love the location, quieter area walking distance to shopping center, Keauhou Bay, and Saturday Farmers Market at shopping center. Lennis is a great host with prompt replies to any questions you may have.. It was nice to have two beach chairs and a beach umbrella as well as a little cooler to take to the beach or snorkelling area. The condo has been beautifully renovated and maintained, and has all the cooking utensils you will need. The common BBQ outside the pool area is clean well maintained and was an ease to use, with not many others using it. We BBQ 3 times it was great. The two pools, and resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Everything in the condo is in good working order and is a very relaxing environment. The king size bed we found to be very comfortable and the shower is great. The assigned parking for the condo is right outside your entrance door, very handy. The condo is at the end of a road that doesn't get much traffic. We would stay here again and would have no problem recommending it to our friends

This is a beautiful rental property owned by Lennis who goes above and beyond to make your vacation a success. The property is located in a great golf resort with plenty of amenities like the pool. The location is in a perfect spot to discovery Kona and the west-coast of Big Island.

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo in a great location a little bit distant from the Kona crowds. It's a short walk to keauhou harbor and all the water activities, whale watching, manta ray snorkel, deep sea fishing. there are restaurants and shopping close by. The decor is pleasant, the unit is well stocked and Lennis and her property manager are there to assist if needed. We greatly enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

Beautiful, recently remodeled 1-BR condo in a quiet, convenient location. Well equiped kitchen, comfortable king bed, and the best shower ever! Nice pool area and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and the Outrigger hotel. The property owner (and property manager) were very responsive. As this unit has no A/C, it did get warm mid-day (when temps hit 80+), but fans were provided and breezes cooled the unit by late afternoon.

Spacious, airy, wonderfully decorated, all details thought through, new everything, sparkling clean, great lanai, conveniently located near a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. This condo is right up there .with all the attractions of the Big Island.

We stayed here for 1 week for our 15yr anniversary and the host left a thoughtful gift on the counter for us! The condo area is quiet and a short drive from Kona. Beautiful and comfortable and an excellent view from the lanai. The hosts really went all out to provide every possible need, even the ones you don’t think of! Even though there is no air conditioning, we were very comfortable. Opening the patio and back windows to create cross air, plus plenty of fans, made a big difference. The host’s communication was excellent and very kind! This is a definite must book condo!

The unit is as advertised. Beautifully decorated and well maintained! Both the onsite manager and owner both were accessible and always available. The area is very quiet and you feel like you are truly in paradise! All equipment worked beautifully! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First and foremost, Lennis is an amazing and gracious host This place felt like an amazing oasis away from home. The place has everything you need and more. The location also is also unbeatable. Every little nock and cranny of the space is well designed and craftily decorated. The attention to details is spot on. The vacation rental is clean, crisp with the perfect amount of relaxation vibes. I cannot recommend this vacation rental enough and cannot wait to come back.

When we were looking for a place to rest before my crazy wedding festivities, I took one look at this condo and thought it would be perfect, and it was! The property manager was really easy to speak with when I had a question (and so incredibly kind!) very close to shopping, grocery stores and Kailua-Kona. I wish I could live in this condo! But thank you to the family who owns it for allowing us to call it home for a couple days .

This was a great place to stay and explore the big Island. The owners obviously enjoyed decorating and equipping the place and did a great job. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Best bed and pillow I've found in a long time. The pool is very close and we had it mostly to our selves during our stay.

We loved staying at this property. It was decorated so nicely and was equipped with everything we could possibly need to make our stay better, including snorkle gear, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a folder with lots of tips of things to do and see. Everything was in great condition. It was located a short walk to the beach and also to the shopping area.

The condo was perfect -- nicely and recently renovated, cozy, and had everything we could need. The location was a great balance between being tucked away and quiet but not far from Kailua-Kona if you wanted more action. Sally was a lovely host as well, providing recommendations on the island and even a hand-written note to us when we arrived. We loved it!

This was a wonderful place for the two of us to stay. The renovations were fantastic! It was clean, had a comfortable bed, great shower, nice appliances and wonderful decorations to look at. Very close to the pool area (but it was not noisy at all, just convenient). I loved the location - it is in a great area of Keauhou. Close to the shopping center and a great Saturday farmers market, but far enough off the main road so you did not experience the road noise. Thank you for sharing your home with us! The manager of this property was great and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was beyond our expectations! Updates and decor was beautiful. The shower was the best! Bed was comfortable and quiet sleeping. Great sites and activities within walking distance.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect for our needs and within walking distance of Keauhou Shopping Center and Keauhou Bay. Everything in the condo is new and tastefully done. Best of all it was very clean and sanitary. We would definitely stay here again.
