Great home in a nice location in beautiful Grand Lake. The home was clean and has an amazing kitchen with plenty of cookware. There were some nice touches that helped - nice fluffy towels, comfortable beds and nice linens, all the light switches labeled. We had 4adults and 4 teens in the home, and they enjoyed the tv's in the bedrooms and the arcade games in the living room. It was nice to have plenty of bathrooms for everyone! Another nice touch was having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each of the bathrooms.
Grand Lake was beautiful, a very clean town with easy access to RMNP and other hiking trails, a local beach, and lots of ice cream shops!

Family friendly home. We had 3 toddlers and 1 infant as well as 5 adults and this home fit us very well. It is an open floor plan on the main level so it’s spacious and cozy. Mia allowed us to check in early and was always available when and if we needed her help. We had troubles with the WiFi and she responded immediately and fixed the issue. Took no longer than 5 minutes! My experience with her was a 5 Star! If we visit Grand Lake again we will definitely choose to stay at this property again! Thank you for being such great hosts :)

We absolutely loved staying in this spacious vacation rental. The home is within walking distance of town, has plenty room for a large group, it is comfortable / cozy and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating for our group. We will be renting this property again this summer and fall!! It was PERFECT for us!! Thanks again for making our Spring Break ski trip a huge success!! We will be back!! ⛷️❤️🙌🤩

The house was very comfortable with ample bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone was pleased with the convenience. The location is within the village of Grand Lake which offers a small town ambiance with adequate restaurant and shopping. The location is also convenient to Rocky Mt. Natl Park and a plethora of hiking, biking, and fishing opportunities.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed. It was perfect for large families or groups traveling together. Super close and convenient to downtown Grand Lake too! The beds were comfortable and fans in each room made it very comfortable. Everyone in our group appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the back patio area. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
There are 2 cameras on the exterior that were not mentioned; one above the grill on the back patio and one on the side of the garage.

Just spent a week at this fabulous rental with family & friends (5 adults, 3 kids). We loved the 2 living/family rooms as it allowed the adults & kids to have their own space for chill out time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed & then some. The outdoor spaces were great for chill-axing. Plus, it was close to town & RMNP, but away from the busy streets. Everything was a 5-star++, except I gave a 4-Star for accuracy of online listing as the VRBO site said fully refundable but the rules sent to me at time of booking indicated otherwise. It didn't end up being an issue but I felt it was a little misleading. We will definitely consider this place for our next trip to Grand Lake, CO.

Great place to stay in Grand Lake! Comfortably accommodated 8 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler, & 1 infant. Beds are large and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and plenty of sit space. Host very helpful and prompt in his responses. Would stay again!

The home was like new, spotless and comfortable for all our family. 4 bedrooms and 5 baths were incredible, no one ever waited on a bathroom. Bess were super comfortable and linens were great quality. The kitchen was super complete and we cooked 2 family meals each day. We felt safe in a convenient location, and had privacy to roast s’mores in the backyard 😀 certainly the epitome of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation rental

The stay was wonderful! There were plenty of games and things for us to do. We did not have to venture to town everyday if we didn’t want to.

The house was perfect for the 10 of us. Plenty of bathrooms, dining table space, beds, and social spaces. The arcade games were a huge hit for all ages. It is close point park where we went to hang out and put in our kayaks without a ton of people around. I didn’t love the corner it was on, but we were within a mile from Grand lake Central. Property manager was great to work with. We want to come back! It made for a great time together as extended family!

This house was great for our family. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is well equipped for a family including a chicken nugget maker (aka air fryer)! It was super close to downtown Grand Lake shops and restaurants and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

This home was perfect for our family and friends. Ample indoor and outdoor space. Nice covered patio to enjoy the evening. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable amenities. Check in/ check out was a breeze and the owner was very responsive to questions. Wonderful location, only minutes from snowmobiling, local snow tubing, and a short drive to skiing. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic trip to Grandlake. The house was perfect for what we needed. Tons of aminities, big driveway for the toys, nice beds, and 5 baths was perfect. Lots of space to spread out. Rode to the trail head from the house. Lots going on down town. Sagebrush was phenomenal food. Will have to come back in the summer.

Clean property that has all the necessities, absolutely adorable neighborhood, all the guest had so much fun and would love to stay there again!

We absolutely loved this place. Enough rooms and space for our family. Our littles really enjoyed playing horseshoes and the video games, while the adults enjoyed the outdoor space.
We loved being so close to the mountains and the lake. Was a perfect little getaway!
