This is a great location in Austin- very close to all of the highways that get you all around town. We had a random issue getting into the property (that was no fault of the property owner), but Marta was quick to answer our text and the issue was resolved very quickly. We have a mid-sized dog who loved the enclosed backyard. The stairs are a little steep- so if you have an older dog or kids, just take that into consideration! The decor is super cute. I made a huge error and thought we were checking out a day later- but again Marta was super helpful and very understanding. She even helped me find a new spot to land since the property was booked that last night. All around great property to stay at and fantastic communication/problem solving from the owner.

We had a great stay with all of the comforts of home. This property had everything our family needed. It was cozy and clean. We were moving from our home and our cat was able to join us. Highly recommended and we would stay again. Great location to restaurants, shopping and parks.

Very good option in the northern area of Austin. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious clean home.

This place is absolutely beautiful, from the color scheme all the way down to the decorations. The kitchen was fully stocked up with plates, dish wear, etc. It is also in a great spot, it’s not to far away from a grocery store, or even night life. You will not go wrong picking this place to stay at! Literally a home away from home.

This was the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. Our daughter and our grandkids live 5 minutes from us and cam over every day. They loved coming to Mimi and papaw’s place 🤗 The unit was very clean and up to date. Bed was very comfortable. Huge shower was great. New appliances and everything you need to cook with. Laundry was great also. Our dog loved the backyard to run around in. Trails and park’s very close. Shopping and restaurants near by. We highly recommend staying here for a great Austin experience 🤗 also Marta was a super host who will respond quickly to any questions or needs😊

Nice duplex. Check-in smooth. Nice to have 2and 1/2 baths.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This duplex was so cute and clean. The fenced in yard made it great for my fur babies that traveled with me. Marta was easy to reach and talk to. I plan to book again in January and I recommend if you are looking somewhere in Austin to stay, you consider this property.
