Poor. Showed up to a major landscaping effort underway that was fine, except it took the entire stay to do a major landscaping update. Tons of limbs, leaves, even c in the pool. Took a parking soit and loud, but I understand that it happens. Pool heater that I paid $470 to heat (higher than anyone else in the market), hadn't worked in a long time. Pool person said they just got hired that day. Meanwhile, the heat was supposed to be on the day prior (and I paid for it). I texted & called nicely and very respectfully each day. Every single time I got a response that said that they would check with either operations or the pool company or the owner and get back to me. Not once did someone get back to me for any of the 8 times that nicely asked. Pool was never heated and they said they would refund my heating fee, but never did. The only way to get my $470 back was to show Amex the text messages that showed their lack of any sort of follow up/professionalism and get Amex to cancel/credit my account. Not exactly a professional management company. I've heard of several others having similar experiences with Benchmark. We rent every year and with a bunch of other friends. We all will rent from any other management company moving forward. All it took was someone to follow up once with a simple solution. Avoid Benchmark like the plague. Also, the Seacrest Beach access is sooo incredibly painful. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella from the only company that runs that small beach. So glad we did, there wasn't a single grain of sand to spare for those that didn't rent. We have talked about buying a home in this community, but the Beach access is a deal breaker. Not a . management company issue at all - a community issue.

We loved our stay at the Lifeguard Loop house! Great location, heated pool was a lifesaver with young kids as well as tram to the beach. We walked to dinner and ice cream. The house had Plenty of space and a great kitchen. Could have used some little kid dishes for kitchen and pool area was covered in leaves. We had a great stay!

The house was lovely and spacious. Incredibly clean. The location was perfect. It was central in Seacrest! The beach a less than 10 minutes walk and by bike less than 5 minutes. We would rent this property again!

House was clean and well maintained. It is dog friendly but Rosemary Beach is not. Dogs are not allowed on the beach unless you are a resident and have applied for a permit.

We spent 6 nights at Lifeguard Loop in December. We had a great experience with the house & with Benchmark Management. A couple of minor issues came up (coffee maker stopped working & a sink handle came off in the half-bath), but Benchmark was really responsive & their team got everything sorted out quickly. Great location & our kids loved the heated pool.

We tried calling and using the live chat a few times for some maintenance issues, question on a coffee pot, and then where to pickup the security bands and tags and where to access the beach...When we did finally get responses the customer service person was not helpful or we didn’t get the information timely. The property itself was good, the mgmt. call support people were inadequate. Also the cleaning person had forgotten some cleaning supplies and ended up coming back in when we weren’t there to pick it up.

For 12 yrs we've stayed in Seacrest Beach at least once a year. NWe've stayed in a lot of homes there. I don't feel like the listing was necessarily inaccurate, but I don't feel like the house lived up to it. The biggest issue was internet. It has it, it just didn't work. We couldn't stream anything. My family & I watch movies at night when we're on vacation, & we couldn't. The worst part was that we didn't realize this until Sunday night when my son, who's in college, couldn't finish an online exam because of the internet connection. I left a message with the call center & the property manager called the next morning to apologize. She scheduled a maintenance guy to stop by. He came by later & texted me to say the'd need to have a tech from the internet provider stop by. The tech came on Wednesday, increased the signal outside & changed a cable. WiFi worked pretty good & we could stream on the TV. However, by the next morning the TV wouldn't stream again. We ended up plugging my laptop up to the TV to watch a few things, sometimes connecting to WiFi and sometimes using my phone's hotspot. For the amount of money charged & the fact that so many people work remotely, go to school online, etc., there's no reason for any of this to happen. I understand that things go wrong, & I understand that the management company can't do much to fix these issues, but stay on top of it! It was so frustrating. Another thing is that the kitchen has literally the basics - no frills.

We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach this last week. Property was clean, great location and management was very helpful. We are also very thankful to Security for all the support they give this development.

The property was in good overall condition and well laid out. Benchmark communicated well, and we had no major issues we needed that weren’t a quick fix on our part. If I were making some suggestions to the owner it would be to replace the living room upholstery, and to update the wall color to something lighter and brighter. The current upholstery has seen it’s better days, and the room color is drab, and not “beachy”.

We all agreed that this house was by far the best! Spacious, well cared for, and to end the day we sat on the 2nd floor balcony enjoying the evening. After beach time, community pool time the house pool was relaxing. Would like to stay here again. Management communicates well!!

We’ve stayed in many properties in this neighborhood and in Sunset Beach (beach side of 30a). We’ve enjoyed this house the best. Well appointed and in good shape. Having our own pool was a bonus!

The rental company had excellent communication and responded quickly. The location was excellent, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. My only regret is that we didn’t book the house for two weeks. We would definitely recommend Lifeguard Loop, love having our own pool. We used our rental credit to get bikes, cornhole, beach chairs and an umbrella.

House was as described. Furniture seemed to be warn, stains on carpets etc. Management company was almost unreachable unless by text. the Ac did go out during a storm and management did send repair quickly. We did inquire about renting an additional night via text, Benchmark charged our card without authorization and has yet to refund it. Overall satisfied with the home but not the rental company. We've stayed in Seacrest before using a different company and I would recommend them over Benchmark.

This is a adequately maintained property. Be prepared to pay $50 per day to heat the pool. Bikes are rusty and poorly maintained. Property management company wasn't the easiest to reach at times. Limited stock of dishwasher tabs, no liquid hand soap, no garbage bags. We have had better stays in the Rosemary Beach area,

The place is great! The amenities are great, be aware of the tram hours. The walk back from the beach was a haul luckily the coolers were lighter at the end of the day! Love the self-containement of the kids and the little pizza shops for them to be able to eat! Will most likely be back in the spring and next fall!

This house is great! It was the one good thing about the trip. We should have done a little better research on the area. We have twin two year olds and it was a hard trip. But. The house, the pool, and bikes - saved it. The beds are super comfortable. The home was very very clean. The pool was perfect for our family - the community was way too crowded so we spent most of our time at the house pool. You are super close to restaurants & shopping. This house was top notch. Plenty of parking. Comfotable living spaces. Perfect house. Thank you for letting us stay!

Our stay at Seacrest Beach was great! The property was clean and perfect for our family. There was a little wear and tear on the bunks and the mattresses in all of the rooms but slept okay. The tram service was perfect when going to the beach or pool. Will definitely be coming back!

My family of 5 (three teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool in the backyard was such a nice bonus - we enjoyed it during breaks from the beach, and set up a pool movie one night. We’ve stayed in the 30a area for years, and this is one of the best houses we’ve rented. It was our first time staying in Seacrest - while we love the neighborhood and the “horseshoe” area with shops and restaurants, getting to the beach itself is a little more of a process than it is at other places we’ve stayed - there is only one beach access point for the fairly large neighborhood, and a relatively small section of beach is available for chair/umbrella setups if you don’t rent from the concessionaire. So the beach fills up pretty early. But once we figured out the deal, we were able to adjust our schedule accordingly. We had a great time! The property manager was also very helpful and friendly, and we not hesitate to rent from them again.

Our family of 5 plus our small dog stayed here for a week. Our children are all 18+ so we wanted a home with plenty of room for everyone. The layout was excellent and the home was very clean and well organized. We loved having the pool and found it to be a great place to gather after a day at the beach or if we just wanted to cool off from the heat. It was just the right size to have a relaxing time. Having stayed in this area before, we loved the location of this home as we could easily walk to the Seacrest Plaza and we didn't need to use the shuttle. (Prior homes we rented required bikes or the shuttle to get there.) If this is your first time staying in this area you may want to consider that detail. Our kids loved having their own rooms which were all comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice touches like the ice maker in the kitchen were very thoughtful. The balconies became a favorite hangout spot for everyone to read and relax. The $250 beach equipment rental credit was very nice and we were able to get everything we needed. The WiFi worked great, something we can't say about every place we've stayed. We appreciated this home being pet friendly. Overall we loved staying here and would definitely rent this home again!

This was our first family trip in years and this was a great house with amenities and the pool was wonderful! There were a couple minor maintenance issues but they were all taken care of very promptly and didn’t interrupt the trip in the slightest.

The house was very nice. Seacrest community pool was PACKED. Stand in line at 9 am to get a chair. Beach was CHAOS. No chairs or umbrellas available, sold out.
This area of 30a has gotten to crowded for me. I am moving further west.

We had such a nice stay! The house was super clean, comfortable, and great location - not to mention the pool was awesome. My 2-year-old son also slept great in the kid's room with the blackout shades. We did wish there were ANY sort of cleaning supply, as the house get pretty dirty from our use without anything to wipe down counters, etc. and felt wasteful buying and tossing stuff but that was our only complaint. Would gladly come back!

The house was perfect for our family of five adults and one infant. We enjoyed the pool, screened in porch and top floor balcony. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pans, etc. Location is perfect and the bikes were very comfortable and convenient to have. We also really liked having the tram available to load up our beach items and convenient beach drop off.

The photos don’t do this property justice. Plenty of outside sitting areas and even space to do yoga on the covered patio area. The 4 bikes were a great addition. All beds very comfortable and furnishings very tasteful. We cooked evening meals a few times and although there were ample glasses, cups, plates etc, the kitchen would benefit from having a few more cooking utensils and items of cookware - it wasn’t badly stocked - just could be better. Inside sitting area was very pleasant comfortable. The community pool area was excellent and it didn’t take long at all to walk to the lovely sandy beach. Lots of nice restaurants and cute shops within a short walk too. I would definitely recommend staying in this area and house!
