The mark of a great property manager is when something goes wrong. The hot water heater conked out 3 days in. Someone came out that day to check, and it was replaced the next day. Highly recommend !

The property manager was very responsive. The water heater died 3 days in and they had it replaced the next day. Walkable to town and grocery.

This house was nicely tucked away in a great location. We loved the campfire and ping pong, we will definitely be back!

Inside well kept. Outside not will kept. Clean house. All amenities you’d want. Slight smoke smell. Hot water heater needed to be lit. Great location. Would stay again.

We loved the proximity to town (walk everywhere!)...the super quiet/privacy that a well-insulated house provides...and being right at the base of Alligator Hill for awesome hikes! The rear of the house faces a very private wooded area, which was magical. Deer come right up. The fireplace got well used on the chilly nights, and the generous amounts of dry wood (provided) put out tremendous heat. The house was spotless when we first entered, and everything was in order, as advertised. Book with confidence, and ENJOY!

Property is fine. Management is not. I Sent a question Saturday before my Sunday arrival- that I needed answered BEFORE I got there. Got answer, a stupid wrong answer, on Wednesday. Yep - 4 days to answer a question. Gad a problem with misleading entry instructions. By the time they answered, I'd figured it out. ALL communication is via text - no humans

Glen Arbor location is great. House is nice but beware it says AC but not really it was just a stand alone unit that we had to figure out how to vent outside. Coffee pot did not work either and coffee so important on vacation. On the positives close to downtown and walking to the beach!!

This rental was everything my family could have wanted! Close to Glen Arbor, the playground, the beach - we could walk to it all. The property was very clean, plenty of space to spread out and relax either indoors or outdoors. Great backyard space that backs up to the woods - we saw deer, turkey and other animals during our stay. Even though it was on a busy road, with the trees and being set back from the road, it wasn't noticeable at all! We're excited to come back next year.

Very nice cozy little house. In a great location to walk or drive to anything. And 2 blocks from the beach. Had good distance from neighbors. But it is off of M22 so during height of season it could get noisy with traffic. Most everything was updated and modern. Washer and dryer in unit was very nice to have. Needs black out curtains in all rooms because at night with the lights on you can see inside. Plus kitchen window and small bedroom window needs blind or curtains added. Please get rid of area rugs as they keep in dirt and germs. Also, homeowner was wonderful in resolving an issue we had. Very understanding.
We will be back there in the spring.

This was a perfect spot for the 5 people we had with our group. I am so glad I rented this property.
