This property's host is wonderful! Excellent communication and very helpful from the moment we were checking in. The property is very clean and exactly as described. It is, IMO, an apartment community, not a condo. We were here for a golf tournament and would consider staying here again.

Super close to ECU and restaurants. Incredibly clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for cooking and overall stay. Highly recommend!

The host is timely with communication, the hse is very clean and well organized. The apartments and so silent making the stay conducive and family friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and visit the place again

Adorable condo and great communication with property owners. Location was very convenient to mall, shops, restaurants, airport, etc. Would 100% recommend.

We spent two nights at this condo and were completely satisfied. Everything worked and Mark was a gracious host. He was available whenever we needed him and answered our questions. He even had a small Christmas tree lit when we checked in. That was a nice surprise! (Mark, where did you get your little tree, I want one!!) The condo is tucked back away from all the traffic and noise. Loved the fact that it is ground level and a corner unit. We went to see the Christmas Parade in Ayden one night and had some good ole NC down east BBQ at Bum's Restaurant in Greenville, NC. We would definitely stay here again if our plans bring us back to Greenville. Thanks again, Mark, for a wonderful couple of days of R & R!!

Convenient, clean, and well stocked. I think the only thing we had to buy was paper towels (we always bring some anyways). Host very responsive. Reasonably quiet for a condo complex. End unit with nice yard area for pet walks. Next to a train track but seemed very infrequent, although we weren't in the unit much during the day.

Worked perfect for our needs. We were in town so our family could tailgate with our senior Pirate and attend the Tulane game!

Came down to visit my daughter, a student at ECU, and this condo was perfect for all of us to enjoy! She and her friends got home-cooked meals for a change, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and it was not a long drive to get back and forth.

We choose it for the price but it turned out to be an awesome place to stay. Very clean and have everything we needed, including bag of ice and aluminum foil. Its the little things that make a difference. On our next vist to Greenville, this "WILL " be our first choice.

The sneaky side if me says to give this property a bad review in the hope that it will always be available when I'm in the area, which is frequently due to business, but there is no way I could honestly do that. The place is beautiful in every way. I stayed alone but it would be a great place for a family of four or a group of 3 adults. It's 5 minutes from the Greenville Convention Center, yet it's in a quiet neighborhood. Love it!

The property was comfortable from the moment of walking in and proved a quiet refuge. The unit is located to provide ready access to much of Greenville.

The perfect place to stay for my niece’s graduation. Close to many places to eat but tucked way back so you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of town. Mark was easy to communicate with.

Nicely Furnished and Clean. Very accomodating. Close to Minges, stores and dining. Nice to spread out and have more room than a hotel. Thanks for having us! We will be back for many more swim meets in the future!

This property is easy to get to, easy to access, tastefully decorated, updated, and comfortable! The property is minutes from everything! The hosts were amazing! Highly recommend this property.

My family had a great stay at this lovely property. It’s got a great layout, it’s quiet, very clean and centrally located. I never write reviews but feel this place is a steal for the price. The property manager was very responsive and there were lots of little extras that really made our stay comfortable - and it’s so cute! I highly recommend this property.

This was convenient to everywhere we needed or wanted to go. Would recommend this place.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. In town to visit family and was great to have a "home base" where we could relax. The kids enjoyed having their own rooms and the master was very comfortable. Only advice I'd give is to take a sleep mask if you are light sensitive as the bedroom curtains let a fair amount of street light through. We will definitely book this property when I'm town again!

Fantastic place, everything was as advertised and some nice additions like coffee for the keurig. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Didn’t get 5 stars because the bedrooms could really use room darkening curtains. All the bedrooms face the parking lot and there are bright lights there. Woke at 2:30 for physiological reasons and thought it was morning. 😎 Also, living room could use another seating option and rearrange the sectional to provide optimal seating options. Other than those small things, I would rebook this property and recommend to anyone.
