I was so grateful for the wonderful stay in Jersey City. Thought many have mentioned the parking we didn't have an issue with it. We had two vehicles dropped off our stuff out front and parked about a block away. The place was clean, adorably decorated. The beds were very comfortable and they left us snacks! Due to the location of the area I would suggest bringing ear plugs. But that has nothing to do with the host or the apartment itself. Just the general location. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We would stay again anytime.

This was my 2nd time staying at this location but before booking I messaged the owner Ana because I needed an earlier check in time and she guaranteed me that would be possible. Last year she had great communication and responded fairly quickly that I thought it would continue. I went forward with it and booked but ended up waiting to 4pm the day of, without no warning or acknowledgement in order to enter the premises. I purposely booked this stay because we had such a good experience the first time but after this poor service, especially for the price I will not be coming back nor recommending.

If you plan a visit to NYC this house is located on a mayor boulevard and have a super easy access to city transportation.
119 bus route will take you right in to the heart of the big apple.

As a family of six it can be difficult to find somewhere for us all to have some space. This apartment had 4 very spacious bedrooms with ample space for storage and a great outdoor space to be in during the evenings. Parking was free but difficult to find a space depending on time of your arrival. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There was a great park and ride at West Side which was very reasonable as a way to start out or journey into NY. Whilst one bathroom was a challenge it was fine with some planning. Although the door did not lock. We didn’t hear our neighbours much either. The AC units all worked really well to keep us Scottish folk nice and cool.

When they say there is no designated parking and you have to park on the street, they mean you'll need to drive around for a halfhour lookong for a place to park, and hopefully you might find one.
We got in late after driving for 7 hours and had to go to a hotel down the road becuase we couldnt park anywhere. Then when i asked for a refund becuase we couldn't check in and i canceled my other reservation becuase i didnt want the same thing to happen a week latter, the host stopped talking to me.
VRBO support has done little to help in this situation either. I will probably never book with VRBO again after this incident.

This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. The only trouble with the area is the street parking in Jersey City, but the accommodations outweigh the 1 negative. The host is easy to reach and will answer any questions about the area. I would highly recommend this rental.

The place was very clean and the host was great with communication. Water bottles left for us were a nice touch! The bathroom was nice although tough for 5-6 people to share 1 bathroom. Too cold to use the backyard but looked great. Great coffee selection for guests and welcoming snacks. The decor and amenities were very well done. Very cute place! I think the 1 bathroom only for 5-6 people is probably the only challenge for our group.

Beautiful home. Beautiful setup. The patio was a great space for an intimate celebration and Ana was a great host. She responded quickly and it was a super easy check in and check out! Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

First time in NJ, the place was well maintained. All the things that you might forget, they have it. Easy access to Bus and few minutes drive to subway PATH park and Ride.

We needed a larger place to stay for our family in the NYC area. This was a great place.
The unit included all the basics and a well stocked grocery store was a block away and many bodegas.
The place was clean with a beautiful backyard patio with lots of places to sit. It was peaceful, too.

It’s definitely a cozy oasis and the private backyard is the perfect get together location! Very clean and spacious! The host is kind and responsive. She even made my daughter first birthday signs! I would definitely book this home again.

We had a great time exploring the city and it was nice to find a great place in a good location without being too overpriced. The house was super cute and clean and had everything we needed to accommodate 2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 young kids, a toddler and a dog. The bedrooms were nice and the living room we used as an additional bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom was very nice and clean. The hardest part was street parking since we are not city folks, this was really hard for a large family with young children but we managed just fine. We had a great time and if ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again. Thank you 😊

All the rooms were super cute and clean! It was a great place to rent for a small get-together of friends to celebrate our friend’s birthday! Everything was accessible to us, rooms, kitchen, living room & backyard. Anything we needed was there to have a great time! If we needed other supplies, there were a lot of different selections of stores that were either a short walk or a 5-10 min driving distance. So it was very convenient! The hosts were also super sweet to leave us balloons and a sign for my friend’s birthday that wished her a happy birthday! They respond to any questions you may have right away. They made this stay as easy as it can get! (:

I was a little concerned that there are bars on the windows however the neighbors were great and host was great. This is on a Main Road so there is a lot of traffic.
