This house was amazing. Pictures were accurate and better in person. It had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room to accommodate all of our family. Was very close the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great communication and easy check in. House was very clean

We loved the property. Very clean and updated amenities. The only thing I will mention is, if you have small children who will be swimming, bring swim shoes. The inside of the pool is like a pumice stone and with little kids dragging their feet they had scrapes on their toes.

Great property…very new, clean and modern. The private pool is wonderful and only 5 minutes to the beach. Only negative was wifi reception out by the pool but it helped me disconnect from work!

We had a wonderful stay. The house and pool was very nice. North Naples was a great location and everything was at your fingertips. (Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, beach) We would definitely recommend this house and location.

My family of 3 enjoyed our stay in this property as it was exactly as the description listed. Clean, beautiful, great backyard and good location to all things north Naples. We would absolutely stay here again and Thomas was great to work with.

What a great place to stay. The house was perfect for our family. And the location couldn’t have been any better, in the center of all the great things to do in Naples. The pictures are perfect as was the cleanliness. We’ve been using Vrbo in Naples for years and this is by far our best rental yet. Will be renting again for sure. Thanks for a great week

The house was perfect but the host, Thomas, was even better!! If I could give a 100 star review, I would. I hope my words convey that! Location, cleanliness, amenities, etc. I can't say enough. My daughter got married and we used the house to host the day of prep for the bridesmaid, bride and moms of the bride and groom. You will not want for anything! Thomas, YOU ROCK!!!! - THANK YOU!! We loved our stay! Thomas made it very accommodating since we got to the house. We had everything we needed! I’m also a clean freak and everything was spotless! Thomas was a call away if we needed anything. He also checked in on us to make sure we were okay and enjoying our stay! I loved that Vanderbilt Beach was a 10-minute bike ride. We will definitely be back again this year! Thank you so much, Thomas!

My wife and our family had a great time at this property. The home had everything we needed. Chairs, tents, toys and bikes for the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The backyard and pool were perfect for cooking, relaxing and having a good time. The beach was a few minute bike or car ride away. Close to shopping and restaurants. Vanderbilt beach gets packed quickly so I would suggest going early. I would only recommend a couple of more beds to sleep on in a couple of the rooms. The pullout bed in the office was uncomfortable and very noisy.

Upon entering the property, I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and tasteful decor. The house was immaculately clean. All in all, our stay at this VRBO property was absolutely unforgettable. Luxurious accommodations and thoughtful touches.Great house, great location.

Had family visiting here in Naples. This house is just gorgeous and offers so many amenities. Thomas, the property manager, was very responsive to the few questions I had. I would definitely recommend this house for a wonderful Naples experience.

This property is exactly as the picture, beautiful, comfortable and everything you need - bikes, towels, chairs, cooler, kitchen items, bathroom extras, we literally just brought ourselves and food. So, relaxing for us and stress free, even my dogs were happy we will be back. Also, Thomas rocks and was always hands on, thank you so much for making my birthday week and vacation the best ever,

What an amazing property with an even more amazing host! This is a gem in the Naples area - a new home with all the comforts you need while on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- centrally located and a quick bike ride to the beach. Older neighbourhood but safe with a lot of new construction. Lot’s of great space in this home and the pool area and grill are also perfection.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The home is immaculate and stocked with everything you could need. We felt right at home. Restaurants and shopping are a short car ride. The beach is a bike ride away which was so nice to do with the kids and easy considering parking can be tough. The pool was perfect temperature and neighborhood is very kid friendly. All in all, I highly recommend this home for your stay!!!

This is a fantastic property. Brand new with high end finishes, extremely clean and well maintained. We appreciated: the proximity to the beach, the outdoor sitting space and large sliding glass door that allows you to unify the space with the indoor living room, the large kitchen island for cooking, the quiet neighborhood, proximity to shopping / restaurants, office / den that doubled as a potential bedroom, third bathroom with shower, hi-speed internet, Xfinity cable and Thomas’ timely communication. We would definitely book again.

Tom was very accommodating and gets back to you right away if you have any problems during your stay. Everything was great and the house is beautiful! I highly recommend.

Guests enjoyed their visit! After working 12 hour days for storm repair it great for them to come home to a comfortable clean place!
