Clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

This home has lots of functional indoor space. An abundance of countertops and stools, tables and chairs, and the master bedroom has a separate sitting area. The interior colors and decor are light and bright, really nice. There are an abundance of pool and bath towels, bedding and pillows, and literature on the local area. The neighborhood and location is PERFECT. Close to everything but not to busy. It's an easy walk to the store and restaurants but also quiet and easy to see the stars at night. However, we couldn't get the fireplaces to work. None of them. Maybe, they were out of propane or maybe there was a master switch that we didn't know about. It was slightly disappointing but not a big deal enough deal to call the management company because in general we had really good weather. We don't think the property gets landscaped. There were broken branches in the front yard and over grown shrubs and weeds in the back yard. But, nothing that got in the way of the beauty or enjoyment of the home. Lastly, our adult daughter was supposed to take the trip with us but 3 weeks before the trip she had a life threatening medical emergency. I contacted the management company to see if I could change the days of our stay and thier l only response was that I should of bought the insurance. It was difficult to make this trip with an ill family member left at home but, we did. Overall, I recommend this property. *but buy the insurance

The house was very nice. Convenient location close to a grocery and restaurants. A short and scenic drive from Sedona. The pool was the perfect escape from the heat. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this location again.

LOVED this property! perfect layout for multiple families. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with every cooking utensil, Plates, cups etc. Plenty of extra towels and blankets and pool towels! All remotes, lights, etc labeled for easy use. Great outdoor area near pool and another sitting area near BBQ Lots of helpful reference materials at the property, beautiful views and closer to oak creek but only minutes to uptown Sedona Definitely loved staying here!

This property was very clean and just as represented in the posting. We loved being in the Village of Oak Creek vs. Sedona proper. It was a quiet, peaceful setting with a view of the Red Rocks from the pool deck. We enjoyed seeing the geckos/lizards scurry around in the morning hours. We had an issue of the lockbox not working upon arrival (which was after hours). It took a bit of time to get someone on the 'I Love Sedona' emergency line, but from that point on everyone was very helpful in getting us into the house and fixing the issue the next day. We were close to a grocery store, several restaurants, and multiple hikes. This is a great location to sit and relax while also being close to many hikes and activities. A nice bonus was the use of their annual Red Rocks pass to use at the hike parking lots. One small recommendation would be to include a few more kitchen items...cheese grater, additional cooking spatulas, etc. We made it work but felt the available items were minimal.

Myself and 5 girlfriends stayed at the gecko retreat for 4 nights. The house was beautiful and in the perfect location. Well stocked kitchen, more than enough room for our 6 adults and a great check in/check out process. Would love to visit again.

We had 8 girls stay in this house for a girls weekend getaway. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable & the kitchen well stocked. The pool was was well maintained and wonderful to jump in after hiking in the morning. We would definitely stay again. The only recommendation would be an umbrella or some shade structure near the pool.

Loved this property! We had 5 adults and 2 teen boys. Plenty of space to spread out or be together. House was beautiful and well-appointed. Appliances and finishes are beautiful. It was perfect, clean, and comfortable. Pots and pans of every size and even a gas grill to use.

Clean, roomy and close to everything! A great living space and kitchen. Only negative is not much shade by the pool. Would suggest adding an umbrella. Everything you would need for a getaway.

A group of 8 comfortably stayed. Great views and close to all the attractions! Easy communication with booking. Would stay again!

We enjoyed a wonderful 9 night stay with our adult children, future daughter-in-laws and my brother-in-law's family. The property was perfect for our vacation that included day hikes, relaxing by the pool and evening games of dice and ping pong. The kitchen is abundantly stocked and things easy to find, although we could have used a few pot holders! We chose this property because we needed wheelchair accessibility for our niece. Our only disappointment was the shower did not have a chair or shower attachment for being listed as wheelchair accessible (not ADA compliant. My brother-in-law needed to go out and purchase a shower chair and attachment for the four nights they were able to visit. He left the chair for guests to use in the future. Otherwise, we had a great week and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect location, clean, great layout for families

This property was just as described! Amazing new renovations that make the home feel brand new. The photos in the listing are very accurate. The weather for our long weekend visit was not optimal for too much outdoor time, but the spacious patio with several areas for relaxing (and the pool!) would be a fantastic place to spend time when the weather allows. We were able to enjoy the amenities of the home and explore the Sedona area. The place is close to several local coffee shops and a couple restaurants, but it is an easy drive to get to several other must-try restaurants. The concierge service, once booked, did a great job of suggesting specific restaurants, wineries (only about 20 min away!) and distilleries upon request for the birthdays we were celebrating. Check in and check out process was easy with clear communication sent via email. The local ordinance/HOA regulation for quiet time without outside lighting after 10pm can be easily forgotten if out & about and busy having fun; as long as you're intentional about it, there are enough reminders inside the house to make sure you don't forget! This wasn't as big of a deal for our group, but there is only one bedroom with en suite bathroom access. The shared bathroom for Bedrooms 3&4 is right outside those rooms but those staying in Bedroom #2 will need to encounter others in the home to access a bathroom. Again, not a huge deal but should be considered when booking for several. Overall, we had a great time and very much appreciated the property. If we find ourselves back in Sedona, I'd very much consider this listing again!

Property was amazing clean- spotless, had everything you needed, and everything was new. Not one complaint. We would recommend how great of a stay this was. Beds were clean, white sheets, and super comfortable beds and pillows. TVs in every room. Appliances completely clean, and kitchen fully stocked and ready to cook! Thank you for hosting us, it was quite enjoyable!

It was a great property. Lots of room with all the high end comforts of home. We would have liked to enjoy the outside but the winter weather wouldn’t allow for it this time. But there is always a next time.
