Beautiful 1920 home in a nice quiet neighborhood and centrally located to downtown Olean. Spacious home with large well equipped modern kitchen. Lots of gathering spaces, and four large bedrooms with Jack/Jill shared bath per pair of bedrooms. Cold a/c unit in each bedroom. Definitely one of the nicer homes available for short term stays in Olean. The bathrooms are original, but very functional with separate shower and bath in each full bathroom. The addition of keyless entry to covered side entry would be a welcomed improvement.

We came into town for a family event and stayed at this wonderful house! Everything was clean and just as described! Plenty of room for our whole family!

My family has stayed in this home twice. The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a group of 8. The kitchen has been upgraded but does lack some basic essentials. As the listing states the home is going through some renovations but there was little to no impact to us other than the hot water in one of the bathrooms was dripping and didn’t actually turn on. I emailed the property manager so hopefully it will be addressed before the next stay.

Enjoyed having a lot of space. Only downsides were smokey smells from prior guest and a lot of peeling paint around the property.

We rented this home for the size we have a big family never once felt crowded It is a beautiful home We will be renting again

My family stayed in the home to visit our daughters who attend St Bonaventure. The home was comfortable and stocked with basic supplies. There is some work being done on the home since it is older and needs some cosmetic upgrades but it didn't impact us in any way. One thing I was unaware of is both full baths are Jack and Jill style which may not be ideal for some but worked fine for my group. I will likely look to rent this home again when we visit the area for longer stays.

Even though it says there is cable/satellite TV, we were informed bby the guest contact that it did not. The stairs to the 3rd floor were not blocked off and had exposed tack strip from carpet that had been removed. The ceilings were partially scraped but still had peeling paint. Multiple outlets did not work and one of the upstairs bathrooms had no outlets. Renters need to be informed of the ongoing work and asked to stay on the 2 main floors

Awesome older home that is undergoing renovations. Great presence and nice kitchen. Could use instructions for using the gas fireplaces.
