The area is in the middle of downtown I didn't expected that. Faisal is great he gave us all the information the check in was a breeze. We ask for recommendation on where to go or where to eat and he gave us all the informationĺ we needed. I will go back to Athens and will book again thanks.

Faisal manager was amazing, room ready cooled upon arrival, help with transfers, good communication throughout, flexible and approachable.

The property is spotlessly clean. The host (Faisal) is very accommodating, he addresses questions, concerns very quickly. I highly recommend this property.

The whole experience was wonderful. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside was, we couldn't stay longer! Faisal couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

This is a newly renovated property with quality finishes and workmanship. The junior suite is spacious, well laid out, efficient and has good lighting. The location of the apartments is not the greatest, but it's not bad. It is a short walk over a small bridge to the Athens railway station. The walk is fine during the day, but in late evening I would recommend taking a taxi for a few euros.

The apartment was wonderful, and checkin was easy. A great way to immerse yourself in the Greek culture. Also very close to the metro for your visit to the Acropolis or anywhere else. Our host was extremely helpful with local information and guiding us to where we wanted to go.

Perfect location if you need to use the main train station-less than 5 mins walk. Close to bakery, grocery stores & restaurants. Spacious room with kitchen very clean & comfortable.

I stayed in this apartments for 4 nights. The manager was very helpful in every way. Although we arrived in a late flight he was waiting for us to explain the features of the apartment. He had already sent the info with the codes in a text message, still he came to greet us and make sure we found the apartment comfortable. If I go back to Athens, definitely will stay there.

It was really nice inside with only a few minor things I did not like. It was easy to find and quite a few different restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was pretty noisy in the area and it was loud between floors. I could hear the people next to me at any time of day or night.

The property manager is very professional and assisted us to have a great stay. The apartment was spacious and was perfect for our 1 week in Athens.

Great apartment. The property manager was onsite daily and attentive to any needs. Had my own carport parking spot which was golden!!! Great neighborhood with lots of amenities. Walkable to Acropolis if you are even remotely active. About 2 miles.

It was very reasonably priced and beautifully clean and very nicely furnished with Ikea furniture and the host met us and was very hospitable.

Rooms are in excellent conditions, looks very new; staff is very friendly and eager to help. It would be even better if WiFi would not intermittently disconnect.

Overall the place was super cute for the price!!! If you walk a couple blocks you’ll find the train station and local food:) Netflix is a plus!!!

Apartment was awesome. The owner is as very kind and helpful. The only downside was the location. Pretty deserted in August and a long way from everything we wanted to do.

Amazing hotel! Very communicative and knows what he’s talking about. Very helpful for transport and explaining the metro. Good mid spot between the airport and the acropolis. Wonderful overall!

The only request I have is that in the shower/tub, please install the shower bracket up about shoulder height so I can stand and use the shower. Additionally, the neighborhood was pretty dirty/graffiti. The staff was AMAZING! Our concierge is super nice! he made the stay wonderful!

Its a perfect place to stay in Athens. Located by the Central Train Station and the Metro its perfect for those of you sane enough not to drive in this city. The apartment itself is spacious, immaculate, and fully equipped. Our on-site host, Faisel, was like having a personal valet!

Property manager was prompt and communicated well. Everything was clean and well functioning.

Let's start with the warning: don't stay here if you need to have English speaking facilities all around you, and like the touristy vibe! This little condo-tel is in a real Greek neighborhood, and most of the local businesses don't speak good English, if at all. However, to us that was part of the adventure and charm. We got the feeling that we were definitely outsiders; not in a bad way, but you can sense that these people have a routine life, and you're just not a part of it. Alekos Apartment's owner/manager Hercules was always amazingly communicative using WhatsApp. The apartment we had was with two floors; however the second floor was hard to access with a very small spiral staircase. Definitely wouldn't recommend for someone with mobility issues. Beautiful views from that top balcony though! The rooms were comfortable and functional; full kitchen will allow you to cook some meals at home if you need to. Alekos has a elevator to get you to your floor, which is greatly appreciated. Greece requires you to throw your toilet paper in the trash, NOT in the loo... and Alekos takes care of that. We found the showers in both the upstairs and downstairs modern but not easy to use; there were no shower curtains or barriers so you just ended up making a mess when you showered. I guess that's the modern way? Access to the Metro is 15 minutes away, easy enough but requires walking a lot of stairs. I would recommend staying there to anyone who wants a good off-the-path place in Athens

The property was beautiful and a great quiet neighborhood. The owner and host were amazing and very helpful with navigating the streets of Athens. High recommend.

Very clean friendly service

The property is in a terrible neighborhood, security gates on the windows and doors. Athens isnt a safe city you have to becareful of robberies. If you want a late night drink or food this place is not for you. There is nothing there but a nice bakery amd supermarket. This is really a place for business travelers with an extended stay. There isnt a front desk. Hercules comes for check in and check out but if not present you have to message through whats app. He does respond quicklt. Basically, if its your first time visiting Athens I recommend staying in a hotel.

We will stay there again. Very happy with the property and management.

Didn’t at all expect 4/5* but extreme lack of basic hygiene. Realllllllly disappointingly dirty! Blood on sheets and dirty towels as well as hair on kitchen items. Contradictory to the claim of ‘extra Covid enhanced cleanliness’!
