First VRBO experience and it went very well. It was relaxing to have more space than a hotel room, an area to make breakfast and a convenient location. We were visiting family in the off season but I imagine this apartment would be ideal for a family of beach goers. Thanks to our hosts for making the stay seamless.

My family had a wonderful stay here! The condo was a perfect size for the 4 of us and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walks on the beach, swims in the pool, ping pong in the games room and dinner out at a local restaurant.
The check in and out process was simple and the hosts very responsive. We are already planning our return visit!

This was a last minute trip for my family and I and it was amazing. We had an absolute blast. The condo is so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed the indoor pool since we came when temperatures were super low. The beach is just a short walk and is breathtaking. We will definitely be coming back sometime!

I hesitate to give this property 5 stars, even though it should get 6 because I would like to keep it our secret hideaway. This condo is clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. It felt as if we we staying in a friend’s home. It has a peel-a-boo view of the bay from one of the 2 decks. We anticipate many more stays in this beautiful home away from home.

Beautiful, clean condo with a short 2 min walk to the beach which is right across the street. Also easy walking distance to a few places to eat in town. We stayed here with our two kids under 8 yrs old and they enjoyed the weekend! Comfortable and cozy with nice beds and plenty of blankets and towels. We used the complex's pool and the kids enjoyed but the adults were a little cold - easily fixed by the small hot tub next to the pool. Enjoyed low tide :)

We stayed in this unit over the holidays - it was the perfect place to stay. Everything we needed was provided and the unit was beautiful. We’ve stayed in several units in Jacob’s Landing and this was our favourite. The location is also perfect for access to the pool, which we also loved.

This property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you would need to cook, plenty of glassware and dishes. Communication with our host was excellent, any questions were answered immediately. We had a little trouble using the remote lock initially but that issue was resolved within minutes. Thank you for a nice weekend in Birch Bay!
