My family enjoyed staying at this convenient location within Cheyenne.

The property itself was great! Very functional, great location and plenty of room for us (8 adults and 2 children). The only limitation was that for a 4-bedroom 2 bath house, there were approximately 5 towels and 3 washcloths. The owner could be a little more generous here. When we inquired as to whether there may be more, we were told to use the (2) dish towels from the kitchen. That is kind of funny! For the price we paid for the house, albeit seasonal, It would have been nice to have had a more adequate supply of towels and wash clothes. But overall, we had a great stay and all our needs were met.

There were 9 of us. 5 adults and 4 kids. The house had plenty of room for those who wanted to converse and hang with the group and for those who wanted to have personal time. The tv set up was great in that we could stream from our own accounts. The location was close to grocery store, gas station and park. We had a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! We came for Thanksgiving and did cook a meal in the VRBO. The kitchen isnt sroxked for full on cooking but we made do. It was a nice house, with lots of room! The kids and the adults had a great time. Would definitely reccommend.

Stayed here with my wife and two other couples while we attended the Cheyenne Frontier Days. The house was just as described. It was conveniently located for the rodeo events. Super clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of space to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Everyone in our group was pleased.

There were five of us women that flew in from different parts of the country to attend our class reunion. This house was a great fit for us. There were five beds so we each had our own and three bathrooms which is good when you have a bunch of women trying to get ready at the same time. The kitchen, dining room, living room area was open and large enough that we could all hang out together and not feel cramped. The house is very deceiving from outside because it is much larger than it looks. We would definitely stay again!

My friends and I enjoyed our short stay at the Akes house. The house was conveniently located near a grocery store, local restaurants, the golf course, the fairgrounds, and downtown Cheyenne. The furniture and appliances were new and upgraded. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very spacious. It was also nice having a garage to park the vehicle in, even though the neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe. The check in process was easy and the notebook that the owners had left inside with information and recommendations was very thorough and helpful. We hope to stay again if our travels bring us back to Cheyenne in the future.

Leased this home for a wedding instead of a hotel. So glad we did-it’s is accurately represented in the listing and we loved our time together with friends and family. Won’t hesitate to stay here again!

The house was very clean and plenty big for three adults, one teen, and two toddlers. It's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-25. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bar well-stocked, and the treasure chest of games was a hit with the kids. The amenities list Free Wifi, but we were unable to connect for the two days we stayed there. Watching a movie with the kids before bed would have been nice.

This property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with great walking paths all around the neighborhood. Just minutes from the huge Lions Park, Frontier Days Rodeo Grounds, downtown, and the mall area. The property is well maintained and the home interior is expansive with lots of storage area. New appliances and washer/dryer. Will return. The owner is great at responding to texts within minutes.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We came for our son who graduated an electrician program. It was very cozy and felt warm and inviting. It was very clean and had tons of room. I was worried about it being a condo. That it could have been cramped. Far from it. It was more spacious and open then most homes. We also liked that we could park in the 2 car garage. Our 16 year old enjoyed the T.V and space downstairs alot. It had everything we needed.
We highly recommend this condo/ home to rent.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of space for our family and my husband’s sisters and their kids. It was very clean, spacious, and convenient. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I loved being able to escape into the master suite. It was close to grocery stores and easy access to the interstate.

We enjoyed such a wonderful stay at the Akes home; we couldn't have been more comfortable. The home is surprisingly large on the inside, easily accommodating four couples. The kitchen is well stocked, all the furniture is new, the bedrooms are spacious. We had a grand time in Cheyenne.
