The is our 3rd year renting a lake house and this house was by far the best of the three. We will definitely be going back next summer. Very clean, comfortable beds, and very well maintained inside and out. The dock was perfect for fishing and for tieing up our boat. We live in the city and don’t have the best viewing conditions for star gazing, so my favorite part of the trip was the night time boat rides and getting to see sooo many stars.

Perfect location for paddle boarding which we did every day. Fished off the dock caught some big catfish and bass. The house is well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. Great location!!!

This was the most wonderful retreat! We were able to bring our boat and launch from the private boat ramp! Perfectly clean and comfortable beds all around! The dock and deck were a perfect spot for a birthday celebration! Recommend for all our friends and family!

It's always great. If we need any help we know all we hàve to do is call the Evolve team. It's great having a covered porch and covered dock. We love staying there.

A weekend with old friends was perfect at this property! Was too cold for us to sit outside but we still had great views from the dining area and downstairs den. Easy to get to and not far from downtown Spring City. We hope to return in the summer time so we can take advantage of the water activities.

It was better than expected, however the 3rd bedroom offer was a full size bed in which it was just a futon. Not a very good one at that. one couple ended up splitting up to sleep on sofa. Please up date your information or add the very badly needed bed back in. They made everything else go great and everyone enjoyed ourselves watching the otters play in morning, eagle fly over. geese family swam by for a quick visit. most entertaining just in still of the morning.

Nice setting with dock and ramp. House could have better cleanliness and better maintenance. Dock is in very deep water for larger boats.

Great vacation!! Thoroughly enjoyed the location, the house, the atmosphere and the toys that were ejoyed in the lake; ie kayaks, paddle board. We brought our boat and used the private ramp and boat house which made tubing and knee boarding really convenient. Watched the falcons and bald eagles fishing, our 4yo really loved that because he had seen that on Wild Kratz.........lol. We also used the gas grill for burgers and was in good condition. Thanks for a very good experience.

I've stayed at Watts Bar annually for 31 years. This was probably the best stay in my 31 years. It was a great place for adults and kiddos alike. We could not have been happier with the property. Overall, a fantastic experience!!!

This property was perfect for our extended family stay. We had all ages, and there was something for everyone. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the lake and all amenities were just what we needed for a week of relaxation and fun. The property manager was so nice and helpful! Thank you, Darlene, for everything.

We absolutely loved this house. We watched ducks and cranes fly and float around all day. We caught a lot of fish while we were their even a couple turtles. My oldest daughter got engaged on the dock with the sun and water behind them. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Property was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. We used the boat ramp and boat house and was a great convenience.

We loved this stay on Watt’s Bar Lake in the best lakehouse!!! The kids loved the gameroom and the dock. The private boat ramp was amazing! The house was super clean and well stocked. The kitchen had excellent cookware and appliances. We absolutely loved this house and dock inside and out and look forward to coming back for a longer stay soon! It truly is a Lake Paradise retreat with all the comforts of home and we cannot wait to return!

nice place, boat ramp and back yard were a little steeper than it looked in the pictures. Not an easy place to unload or load a boat. it will work but you have to be careful.

So clean. Comfortable king bed. Everything you need in the kitchen ( even had spices). Love the private boat ramp. Even loved the sauna. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean, yes cleaning fee was expensive more than other properties I had stayed. However property is in a great and peaceful location is quite and relaxing. Perfect for fishing during summer time . I do recommend it.

Great, we had 3 different cabins. 2 were across the street from each other, one was 1.2 miles away. All cabins, locations and amenities were outstanding. Everyone said they would definitely want to do this again!
