We loved everything about the property. The only thing that fell short was the desk staff was not very friendly. They did their job but never with a welcoming or warm attitude. It was a minor point and would not prevent us from returning

A beautiful hotel! We were very pleasantly greeted by the staff and all staff during our stay was exceptional and professional. We were upgraded to a very large room with a bed in a loft. The room spacious and beautiful. I would mention the metal spiral staircase leading to the bed a bit challenging and the bed area a bit warm. The bed, linens and towels all very good.the location was perfect. I will definitely return to this property!

A good stay. Parking a bit expensive, and the spa wasn't included which I was a bit surprised wasn't.

Amazing spa access, superb location in the town center, 6 mins walk to train station + 3 mins walk to restaurants row and it's the nearest town next to Portofino. Stayed there for 4 days, 3 nights....the most amazing thing is the Spa access, that even though apart from the fact steam room was out of order. Don't forget to check out all the buttons in the warm 31 degrees swimming pool. Love the super hot and cold bath plus the sauna...as a family, we've really enjoyed the Spa right at the end of the day. Staff was really friendly and helpful in general, makes us feel like home away from home. Breakfast was great especially it's in a glass room, however it's even better if they would consider changing their daily varieties for guests who stay there for a couple of days especially. We really appreciate the special upgrade and spa arrangement for our boy. Bravo to everyone!

What a beautiful hotel! A block off of the busy street so it's quiet and walking distance from everything. Huge breakfast buffet and so many beautiful rooms to rest in. But the big winner is the front desk staff. Really lovely women who helped me find everything I was looking for for a wonderful vacation! I'll be back!

The location was perfect and quiet. Steps from the beach and next to a big park and gardens. The room was beautiful with huge windows w a view. Very Santa Margherita. We will stay here again when we come back.

We chose this hotel because it was a heritage building, a small-ish hotel just metres from the sea front and it did not disappoint. It has been beautifully restored and has a lovely, romantic feel. We had a standard double room which was fine - few frills but elevated by the patio area accessed by double doors from our room and the lovely view from it out across the rooftops of the town and to the hills behind. Shower was hot & powerful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, all staff really pleasant and helpful. The Spa in the basement provided a welcome sanctuary on a rainy day, and the treatments were awesome. If four star frills (eg sound proof rooms. tea making facilities, iron etc) then pay for a better room or stay elsewhere. We didn’t care about any of these things as for us this was authentic Italy and that was exactly what we wanted. I would be very happy to return.

My only complaint was the smell of my room. I had a one person room on the first floor.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely quiet location just away from the bustle of the main square. Lovely breakfast and access to the spa. My only criticism was that the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were really heavy and hard.

An of grandeur comes as standard at this beautiful hotel. Situated close to the rail station and loaded with facilities, our rate included spa access and breakfast. One tiny suggestion, would be be is that the coffee is served fresh or the urn kept topped up.

Not worth the price, I’m a Expedia Gold, and I can tell you DO NOT stay at this place. Dirty, poor food, terrible beds. Even the valet scratched my rental car since their parking is none. Charged $40 Euros/night and have $1000 in damage. HORRIBLE HOTEL

The standard rooms are pretty small but with high ceilings. Breakfast is lacking egg options, else the setting of the restaurants in the garden is very nice

Absolutely charming hotel with gorgeous touches. Historic and very convenient to the sea side, the church and restaurants! The age of the property made the elevator a bit challenging because it was so small and the air conditioning would work for two hours and then turn off. However, the charm of the place and the convenience made this an absolute gem!
