My three night stay was wonderful. The breakfast had everything and more. The dining at hotel was very good and excellent service. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Great location to bus station and train station. Do a couple hikes, recommend Grunstein and Jenner.

The property had a great view of the river nearby with lawn chairs to relax in. The restaurant offered outdoor seating as well with a view. Breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations. The pool/sauna was a nice attribute. Parking was a big plus. Very close to the bus station which was great.

The location is good, right on river bank. The breakfast is nice with pretty view of the river and old town. The staffs are very helpful. My husband forgot his 2 jackets in the wodrob. We found out afterwards and called the property. Front desk staff Ludwig found the jackets and sent them to our hotel in Frankfurt. The only issue we had is our room on top floor, which is the attic. Half of the room is under slanted roof and very low. We had to bend our body to walk around the room. Both me and my husband hitted the roof on heads, and really hurt for days. In my opinion, these room is onky suitable for one person, not two.

The rooms were big with a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good and there was a great assortment of breakfast choices. We were only there two nights, but would love to have stayed longer.

A great choice for my short stay in Berchesgarten. Close to railway station which was very convenient for me. A short walk into the main area of town which has plenty of dining options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed during my stay other than for breakfast (which was excellent).

A snow storm prevented us from staying at the hotel. We sent an email to the hotel stating we we we stranded in Frankfurt and requested to cancel our stay. They stated we were stuck and must pay. Take our travel insurance if you book here.

There are many things to like. My single room was larger than at some other German hotels. I liked the idea of a "living room" in the hotel with a coffee machine for the evenings. Very convenient for the railway station, bus station and grocery stores. Left luggage is in a locked cupboard which is a better arrangement than some hotels.
The things I didn't like were that the in-room safe was not large enough for a laptop. Also there is no a/c, no in-room kettle or in-room coffee maker.

Hotel was not as described, dated and right on a river that was raging when we were there. Glad we had not young kids with us. The room was super understated and did not look at all as pictured...was one of our worse stays, way overpriced

This may be the most underrated hotel in the town. It’s very pretty, directly across from the bus station, and has a great breakfast included.

I'd recommend that the parking issue be addresses sooner than later. It be nice to give the hotel an excellent rating, but the parking issue and the staff's "meh" attitude about it is discouraging. We had parking when we arrived, however we arrived early and the staff did not offer early check in. So, we went to see some sites. On return, we had to double park and leave the keys at the desk.

Everything was perfect! The room was so nice, the staff so kind, I’m sorry I forgot the young ladies names at check in, very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Definitely will be back!

It was such a refreshing pleasure to stay at this super clean and beautiful place. The staff was mdl. attentive, courteous and friendly. They went beyond helpful and kind. Have never ever encountered that. Wird’s can’t convey how they went beyond to help us. We came eurh an injured person and they immediately called their friend, a doctor to come and evaluate her injuries and went out if their way to accommodate us in every way. Note the injuries were not experienced here rather happened in Munich on our way here.
I can’t thank them enough so warm and compassionate!!!

We loved this hotel and spent three nights here with our grandsons. We had a spacious apartment with a balcony, two bedrooms and kitchen. We rarely used the kitchen due to the amazing breakfast offered by the hotel. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool. And I forgot to mention the gorgeous views we had from our balcony. Perfect stay.

The hotel is great and the personel is very kind. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is only ok since it may be improved with more quality products and variety. Overall a very good stay.

I stayed in Room 003. It was a small cramped space that could barely fit our luggage. It was the size of a closet. The restroom was so small that the shower door couldn’t open fully because it hit the sink…and the toilet was right against the sink on the other side.
There was no air conditioning anywhere in the property. Our room was so hot, humid and tiny that it was a miserable experience. Our three day stay there put everyone in a foul mood and ruined our whole three week trip. Don’t make that mistake.
