The swimming pool and the guard friendly

Not well maintained. No toiletries provided, kitchen utensils were not so clean. Bathroom and kitchen sinks and taps were not clean ...

Absolutely nothing that I liked.The bed was small and smelled like urine and had no bedding on it The air conditioner was extremely loud didn’t work well and place next to your head in the small bedroom which really just a divider between the main space.coffee pot didn’t work ,It was loud, The place wasn’t ready even though we didn’t show until after 6 pm The tv didn’t work the toilet seat was not attached and there was no toilet paper.When Inasked why it didn’t look anything like the picture they said that the room we were supposed to get wasn’t ready but the substitute awful room they gave us wasn’t ready. It ruined my whole time in Caygan de oro I didn’t sleep that night and definately wasn’t gonna stay another night and had to move to another hotel and they promptly kicked up out at 11:30 I will say in the 50 years that I have stayed in hotels,hostels,condos this was by far the worst experience I ever had and if I got a full refund I would still feel cheated.I am surprised that Expedia offers such a thing.I will go back to Agoda who although I am not happy with came up with accommodations that were nice enough

I did not like anything about the property. The condo is sub standard. The place is really dirty. I was only there for one night as the accommodations is sub standard. Security lock on the door is inoperable. I need a refund and I cannot recommend this place.

Good location and clean

I like the pool and the view but I don’t like my room, it was terrible my whole stay. We stayed 1 week with my child. It’s horrible not safe for the baby, no key provided for balcony door, and bedroom door, and the entrance door was horrible door knob,

Very clean. Had a rice cooker and pots/plates to use. The Kids love the pool. Bonus was a play ground next to pool and the pool had wood so not slippery like tile would be. More safe for the kids

Garbage was left behind Room was not clean

Air conditioner was under sized and very noisy. No stove, only a hot plate. No shower curtain in tiny shower so impossible to take a shower without getting entire bathroom floor wet. No mirror in bathroom.

Place is clean

We dont like because the condo unit 1736 is so very dirty there so many ants and cobwebs there is no water drinking

Worth every penny. Location was great, proprietor is helpful and the amenities were good.

The place was beautiful. The cab driver knew just where I was. it was different than it was in the States but everything went just as expected. I think anyone would love staying there.

Location of the property is not good. Its within the city however, the location is way secluded/remotely located area and that you have to walk 5-8 mins from the property to the gate. There's no taxi access so plan ahead.

This was by far the most difficult check in that I have especially with properties booked with Hotels.com. When I arrived at the property, the security guard won't let us in until we can contact the number that is reflected in the booking confirmation but unfortunately the number cannot be contacted. I had to go to the nearest mall to rest because it was a very hot day. I need to chat with the customer service of hotels.com which in fairness is very helpful. At the end of the day, I need to check my email to see where is my unit number. The point is that, the security guard could have assisted or pointed us to go directly to their administration building where we need to go before we can check in. If the guard have done that, then the personnel could have advised us sooner to check our emails again if there are details available for our unit number. In doing this, it would have alleviate stress from the travel. But no, the guard told us to contact the number that cannot be contacted thereby adding stress from our long travel. But anyways, the property is very nice and you can relax. The remote control of the TV is not functioning but it's ok because we are there to rest and study because we need to take the civil service exam the next day.

Feels like home

The check in process was a shamble and we ended up using the pool house toilet because the bathroom door in our condo didn’t open. It was faulty and the caretaker wasn’t very helpful and cannot be contacted easily. We have had to get the guards to help us with the door and called the repairman because the caretaker was a no show. It looks like the cleaner/s just leave the dusts under the kitchen cupboards and ants crawling beside the bed. We booked for 4 nights and ended up just staying for a night and moved out the following day. I won’t recommend this condo.

Very nice accommodations, pool was fantastic, the kids really enjoyed that. Highly recommended, especially for the price. Great location too, close to everything in CDO.

It was nice but it is a private condo so every stay could be very different

Amazing

Friendly staffs and the place was spacious with great choices of cable tv channels. Internet was well and the cleanness was good.

its bad,the first 3 days,i dont have wi fi,that was broken,and i dont have tv on whole week,that was broken,i say to them 3 times,and they promise repir that,bout they dont do that,i dont like that,i pay full rent for 1 week,mi week ther,not good,i will they pay mi back,mi half rent,for everything dont working,
