Next Time in LA, Hampton in buena Park is m’y favorite.

Newer Hampton Inn facilities provided good comfort in the room & the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was good and it was cute to see the Halloween decorations & carved pumpkins at the front desk area reception during my stay. Free parking and nice service by the staff was also good. I also enjoyed the whirlpool, even though it was cooler temperature.

Staff was super friendly, well kept property, clean, comfortable, and a good breakfast. Great property.

The hotel has very thin floors. Guess have to tolerate the teênagers stomping all night from above. The front desk can only ask them to keep it quite. Also the night front desk employees are very condescending and annoy if you’re persistently asking them to do something about the kids.

We have stay d many times at this hotel and plan on staying here again the next time we are in the area

Hotel was fine but location not great. Cars were hot-rodding down the street at all hours of the night. Could also hear people clomping around in adjacent rooms.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and location was close to many attractions.

Very nice and clean property. However, the hotel does not provide a daily service of the room. Dirty towels were left unchanged, trash was filled to the brim, and coffee was not refilled. This is totally ridiculous. This is 2024 and the pandemic is way over. Seems like the hotel is trying to get away with doing as little as possible for the customer. Sound proofing was also poor as you can hear your neighbors next to you and above you stomping on the ground and screaming.

Spent two nights. Room clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was the usual fare and good. Took about 20 minutes (via streets rather than hwy) to get to Disneyland on a Monday morning around 8 am. No complaints!

The room was clean and neat. Breakfast had several options but need some type of potatoes or bacon for those who don’t care for sausage. Just a suggestion. Muffins were delicious and so was the blueberry pomegranate açaí water as a juice option.

This place was truly amazing - would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was perfect for visiting Knott’s. Pet-friendly, great complimentary breakfast, beds super comfy, wonderful staff and clean!!!

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn hotel. My six year olds wish for her seventh birthday was to go to Knott’s and stay at a great hotel. Well, Hampton Inn did not disappoint,; the room and amenities were great. The suite was spacious, beautiful, clean, cozy and even though there was a freeway nearby, it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept comfortably all through the nite with no disturbance at all. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the pool, jacuzzi,, gym and laundry were also great. We have stayed in many other hotels in the past, but by far the best experience we’ve had is the Hampton Inn, which is why I have joined Hilton Honors.

Overall we are satisfied with the cleanliness, the only thing we didn't like was the noice since the people on the top floor was(were) making a lot of noice when walking back and forth(stomping) starting 6 am waking us up. If we knew we would had chosen top floor. Breakfast not bad except for the cream cheese my son was about to eat had mold(rotten) when he opened it. And last, but not least, when we were entering the the hotel we noticed a man smoking 🚬 standing right outside(on the side) of the main entrance and before making the reservation l called to make sure about the smoking policies since my kids have asthma and they told me all Hampton hotels are 100% smoking free, but not true, because also by the back door there was another man smoking right next to thE pool close to the door so there is not such a thing about 100% smoking free zone. Hope you guys improve these inconveniences, since we may probably come back with my family again to L.A in few month from now. The cleaning ladies were nice, respectful and polite, except for the guy in the front desk to our arrival, l don’t remember his name, but he was not that friendly or smiling, hope my feedback worth the time. The hotel itself is very nice, the breakfast is good. The only complaint is that there is nothing close to the hotel (shopping and places to eat).

My family and I are very happy with the management and employees. Everything was excellent!

Room is great. It's clean. However, we stayed for 3 days and no housekeeper came in to clean the room.

Nice and clean, comfortable rooms, with great working air conditioning. Made our Disney Trip very comfortable! Free parking was a huge plus!
