We had to get the hot water turned up as it was not very hot. We had to ask them for milk for our coffee

The reception Sophie and Nick were the best ever and our room was very spacious with a great sea view , within walking distance to restaurants, shopping , etc. We would definitely stay there agin .

This is so far the best hotel we had in Greece. We had private pool facing sunset and a very well decorated suite. Very spacious and clean.
Nick is the best manager there, he helped us to arrange the transportation and let us play with his cats. The location is perfect in terms of a safety and walkable neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay in this suite very much and if we ever have chance to go back to Mykonos, will definitely go back to eternal suite.

Very beautiful rooms and small pool. Very friendly workers. Just be ready to walk up a hill when going to and from the city center. Very close to lots of great shopping and food.

The suites are not as accessible to the main town as promoted. We were charged extra to get the room with the pool and view which was misleading as the pool and balcony was not attached to the room. The bathroom was tiny and unclean. The toilet had a leak in it. We did not enjoy the stay at this property.

I believe that the price when I booked was higher than if I had booked it last minute. The room was not bad, despite a few broken items that were unfixed. My view consisted of a wall. And to arrive at the hotel I had to climb up 900 feet of steep hill.

This was the perfect place to stay for the end of the season in mykonos, the front desk was very helpful and the cleaners were very nice

It was hard to find it at first and Google maps or waze will let you pass this steep road to go there, it will be challenging at first but once you get used to it it is easy to find and park. Staff were very helpful as well.

This property was great. The room was comfortable. We stayed here on our last night in Mykonos. The property sits at the top of a hill but is still walkable to Mykonos Town. It is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The staff were great they gave great suggestions, answered all of our questions, and drove us to the airport on the day of our check out.

The hotel is located just outside of Mykonos town. It takes about 5 minutes to walk into the Mykonos town. Hotel room was very clean and modernly decorated. The hotel staff was really, really nice and helpful. They really serve the hotel guests well. The hotel manager was very helpful. He recommended places to visit, beaches, and restaurants. We really enjoyed the restaurant that he recommended. Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel!

They were helpful as I was in different hotel and asked me to check at 11:00AM, and my flight was late in the evening, even they had no place to store my luggage.
I called Eternal Suites if it's possible to get suite but with early Checkin 11:00 and they told me this is the checkout time, but actually they called me after telling they will check and YES THEY ACCEPTED and the suite was ready and clean and the stuff very very friendly.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they upgraded our room on arrival, they arranged all of our transportation and always had a smile on their face. The hotel was lovely and right next to the town. Perfect stay!

Loved our stay at Eternal Suites. The location is great, the room is super clean, and I appreciate the willingness of the staff to help. We really took advantage of the hotel's shuttle service (for a fee) since the Mykonos taxi situation is chaotic.

Great apartment with a fantastic view in an excellent part of Mykonos that is close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough to be quiet. Definitely pay the extra cost to get a sea view.
Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Sofia even booked an appointment for me for a covid test.

I had a four nights stay at the hotel. It was much better than I had anticipated.I had booked it based on the good reviews and photos. I was even given an upgrade that was an advantage travelling during the end of the season.The room was massive for one, all clean and had all that I needed.The room is cleaned everyday if you want it to be done. Usually I don't have it done, because I know the chambermaid's time is limited. The service from Sophia and John was great. They were very helpful,whenever I need help. It is located very near to the bus stop, shops and restaurants. Though you need to walk down a steep hill, which can be fun and challenging.

Very nice large room with great balcony but no furniture except the bed! I had to request a table and a chair, some cushions, a water kettle etc to have a room that looks like a room. Apart from that, fantastic value for Mykonos and nice staff

Some of the best aspects: very comfortable bed, excellent shower, nice location.
It's up the hill from town, which can be a bit of a climb, but it's also good exercise. And you're still walking distance from the center, almost as close as you could get if you had a car anyway.
The rooms with their own pool looked really nice, but they were a lot more money. I had the base-level room, when it says it doesn't have a view that's true, just a hallway. But the other rooms looked out on the parking. If you want to splurge, get the room with a private pool. :)

Eternal Suites was absolutely perfect! From how kind they are at checkin, showing you all the perfect places to to, upgrading me so I coule checkin early, the rooms are stunning and SO clean! And the rooms have an amazing view! If I am ever back in Mykonos this is the only place I will stay!

This is a very new property. Pay the extra price for the ocean view trust me its worth it!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. This isnt too expensive of a place but if you upgrade to the ocean view.. just trust me do it!

My lovely modern sparkling clean room included a massive private terrace with a spectacular view! John and his Mom were exceptional hosts happily assisting me with restaurant and sight seeing advice to calling a taxi for me to take me to the ferry. Only wish I could have stayed longer...highly recommend!

We had a pleasant 3 nights stayed with ES. Good size of room, bedding are comfortable and shower is great though the basin area is small. Suggest them put some drawers as we had nowhere to put our underwear!
