My family and I stayed in room 215. Our stay here was amazing from start to finish. The room was very spacious, comfortable, everything worked, and above all else, it was very clean. The area was very safe, my brother and I even went on a scooter ride around the neighborhood at night. It was very pleasant. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Diana helped our family from beginning to end and provided us with an amazing, friendly, and understanding customer service. My family and I are very thankful for our time up in Lake Tahoe, we very much enjoyed our stay at Lake Ridge Hotel and will be sure to come here again in the future. God Bless.

This was a modernized motel that still had a quaint feel. I loved the adjustable, lightly flickering bedside lamp and the built-in fireplace, both made the room very cozy. It was well insulated and I heard very little noise from neighbors even though I believe the motel was full. Parking was free and easy, although it filled up fast after 4 pm hit. Overall, would stay again!

It was a wonderful destination with pure nature and a lot of things to see around the lake. But the traffic was terrible.

This place was great! Probably the best little motel I've stayed in in the South Lake Tahoe area. THE BEDS WERE SO COMFY! Literally the most comfy bed I've had at a hotel even including the high end ones. footsteps up above REALLY loud and very thin walls but other than that great location; walkable to the Oyster Bar/stateline restaurants also only 10 min walk to the beach but go before 9 am before they charge you 3 bucks to enter LMAO. just walk it in the morning it's not that nice a beach anyways. really nice decor and room. nice shower pressure too. contactless check in. Room 107's air conditioning does NOT work though...it only cools to 72 degrees even if you turn it down to lowest setting on highest fan as of 9/4/24.

Booked this hotel months in advance and got a room under the stairs. You can hear everything. Thin walls. Absolutely the bare minimum amenities you would ever find in a hotel room. Was really looking forward to this stay after reading a lot of the reviews saying how great it is. The location is ok. Could probably find a way nicer place for cheaper if you didn’t want to be close to the casinos and shops.

The room was very clean and staff was very kind. The bed was kind of uncomfortable as the mattress was pretty hard but overall a good stay for the price. I would come here again.

convenient property location nice concept of self checkin and checkout. only thing the I didn't like before checking they have call and send multiple message that I need to fill some form to confirm my booking which I have missed due to driving. I have seen those in late evening and I was worried if my booking might be cancelled. but in the end able to get my room code and room number over phone. I thing they should complete the formalities in advance to avoid last minute surprises for customer.

Is a renewabled old hotel. The room cleaniness is excellent, the room with best odor I been stayed.

The room super spacious, clean and quiet even in a Friday night in August. King size bed was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Electric vehicle charging available in parking lot, but if you don’t have a Tesla, bring an adapter.

Great location

It was much more than what we expected. An absolute value for money. Rooms were roomy and beds very cozy. Microwave and coffee maker were cherry on cake. They provided extra towels as I was with my 3 kids. All main attractions are walkable including the famous heavenly shops and gondolla. Overall great experience. Special thanks to the manager and the lady helper who allowed early check in and prepared the room in time. Great experience.

This hotel was okay. The staff were polite and helpful. It was really difficult contacting the property but when we did make contact with the staff it was always friendly and helpful. The room was not as clean as I hoped it to be. There was multiple stains on the bedding. The floor was dirty needed to be mopped and swept. We found random hair in the beds as well as in the bathroom. I honestly don’t feel the room was cleaned. The staff was polite when they were around. It’s was hard to reach anyone though. Staff was only around in the mornings. Check in process was simple and hassle free. It is quit we did not hear anything. My only complaint in the cleanliness of the room. But I always come prepared with my own linen, cleaning supplies and bedding. So we just made the best of it.

This place was awesome. Very clean and spacious. It’s walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants. E-scooters readily available for rent to make travel fun. Easy to find and park. Communication with property staff was excellent. Check in online was fast and easy. I definitely recommend this place.

Not a quick response for requests. This is not a Hotel conditions for overall.. I may choose another place if i come to Lake Tahoe.
