The room had no noise protection from the busy street. The receptionist also told me that even though I had booked via Hotels.com and had the gold benefits for this hotel it does not count for anything and is not valid. Housekeeping burst in at 10.00 ro clean the room although the check out time was 12.00.

Very friendly staff, especially in the kitchen. When they didn’t have what I looked for at the breakfast the nice lady went and made it in the kitchen for me. Even if I said I didn’t need it, what a service!

We had a fabulous time here. The staff are very attentive, we had a family room which was nice and big. You can order amenities online and they turned up in record time. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely time. The Luisa park is close by which is great with kids and it's anneasy walk to the centre. Everything was perfect :)

We were so impressed with this property! It was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day/night that we stayed. Hardly anything in Mannheim was open, but the girl at the front seat got us a reservation so we had a nice meal anyway! She was amazing and friendly. Our room was perfect. Plenty of space after 3 other hotels where we could barely move. We’d definitely recommend the NH and stay in them again!

We have stayed in NH hotels before and have never been disappointed. The hotels are beautiful. The breakfasts are excellent. Locations are good for walking.

Hotel is spotless. Super friendly staff at check-in. Public spaces are beautiful. Rooms tip top. Plenty of cafes and bars on nearby Seckenheimerstraße. 15-20 walk to main train station but plenty of tram and bus options outside the hotel too. My go-to hotel for all future stays in Mannheim.

We had a nice couple of days here. Room was well set out and comfortable but no real "wow" factor, just a very nice business hotel. Very quiet despite the hotel being busy. Check in a little slow as we arrived as a big group were booking in. We had a complimentary breakfast for one day which was really nice. Ample selection. About 20 mins walk from station and lots of shops/ places to eat in between. Tram stop outside if you need it.

The NH Mannheim was a great hotel and fairly easy to find. I chose it because it had parking, but I was a bit surprised that it cost 18 Euros per night! They gave us an upgrade which included a free breakfast, which was very welcome.

A perfect option to access the local area. Only downside is the parking charge at 18 euros a day, which is very expensive. However, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were pristine and modern. I would stay her again on returning to the city.
