Each unit is an apartment complete with kitchen. Very clean and practically new. Staff were very helpful, communicated via WhatApp. Delicious breakfast. It was very helpful that they provide Taxi service, we used it several times during the stay because Uber was unreliable.

This hotel has got to be one of the best places on the entire island. It is so spacious and has everything you need! The front staff are just incredible humans and we will for sure stay there again!

We had an amazing family holiday at the hotel. Amenities were good quality and clean. Staff were so friendly, helpful and hospitable. They answered all our questions and queries. They assisted with recommendations and helped with any issues we had. Highly recommend the hotel. We really loved it.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, and modern. The staff was very helpful and they offer transportation half a price for a van (the van taxis charge 30 euros and they charge 15). The apartment is 15-17 min walking distance from the center. A good thing is that the fridge is full of sodas, waters, ice creams and other things and the prices are the same as the supermarket,

I love these apartments. This is the second time i have stayed here and I would recommend this to anyone. Lovely clean spacious apartments, close enough to the centre, friendly staff and lovely poop area.

We stayed at the hotel for three days as a family of four, with children ages 8 and 7. The unit was comfortable and high end. The website doesn't picture the bathrooms, but they were excellent as well - I love a good waterfall shower head! The real star of the stay was the service. Marija went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable, arranged for tours, walked us to the tour operator meeting points to make sure we didn't get lost, and arranged for babysitters for the kids so my husband and I could go off on our own. As we were checking out, the bartender told us to call him if we had any issues at our next stop in Croatia. Phillip and Helena were also exceptionally nice. A few notes if you are traveling with kids: - There were a few groups of 20 somethings staying at the hotel at the same time as us, but it wasn't an issue. We stayed in B1 and I would recommend a unit closer to reception as it seemed quieter on our side of the hotel. - The units were incredibly soundproof and quiet hours at 11 pm were strictly enforced. Maria also checked in to ensure that noise wasn't an issue each morning. - The pools are six feet deep, so bring floats for children if they are not strong swimmers. - There is only a bar at the hotel (no food), however there is a carry out place and grocery store within easy walking distance of the hotel. - The location is sufficiently far enough from downtown Hvar that it is easy to get to, but also perfect for a family.

This was a lovely apartment, however it was much further from the town than expected and the walk was a bit confusing....especially at night.

I stayed at Hotel Teranea with my 2 friends for 4 nights. When we arrived, we were given an immediate upgrade and the apartment could not have been more perfect! It was spotlessly clean and had 3 bathrooms, two beds and a living area, it was so spacious. The staff were all so friendly and attentive to our every need. The pool was right on our doorstep and got sunshine all day. We can’t wait to come back and visit and will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for an amazing stay Hotel Teranea!!! ❤️

The property is fine - our apartment was spacious and clean with a nice patio. We did not have any view of the water. The pool area was extremely small. The property is a long uphill walk from town so prepare to either spend $30 every time you want to get a ride into town or have an extremely uphill walk back. They seem to host a lot of party folks so it was always very loud. We woke up one morning to the manager smoking topless outside of our room at the bar. For $300/night it was disappointing- do yourself a favor and stay somewhere convenient if located near the port in the main part of town.

Stayed here in early August with a few friends. From check in until the minute we left the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Assisted with queries about Hvar itself. The room was modern and spacious. Comp breakfast was a nice touch in the morning. Will be back

We were in Hvar for the weekend and stayed at this place. There were 5 of us and we stayed in the Royal Suite at Hotel Teranea. The service was excellent. I was communicating with Blansa leading up to our trip and also during our stay. She was very kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The hotel is about 15 minute (downhill) walk to the main square, not far in our opinion. The area is very quiet at night so we were able to rest well. We also got breakfast with our booking. It wasn't a full on continenal breakfast, but it was good. The only suggestion is that the coffe could be better. We didn't use the pool area but it looked lovely. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It was perfect for our weekend getaway! Thank you Blansa!

The hotel was in a beautiful area of Hvar. The staff helped with everything. The apartment was very beautiful and spacious. The only thing that was a miss was an elevator. This is not suitable for anyone that is not physically fit. Lots of stairs with luggage.

Had an wonderful day in Hvar at October 9th. We had a rent car to get there, and it was not hard to get there from Srarigrad. A lot of parking spaces were available. The room was fascinating, all facilities were clean and neat, with a lot of tools like oven and microwave oven. Also there is a swimming pool with sunbed. You can also see sunset from swimming pool, it is great. Because October is a late season for outside swimming, we just had time on sunbed. The owner of the room was really kind and helped a lot for traveling the region, and I would like to have several nights if time and money allows. I think I'll select this room even it costs two times expensive than current price.

We loved everything about the property: modern and clean with easy access to pools, bar and breakfast room. The flat was a 15 minutes walk (downhill) from the town centre and supermarket, accessible via steps and pavements. Staff were always at hand to help and very friendly which made a huge difference to our stay. We hope to be back some time in the future.

The staff were fantastically helpful and super friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There are two swimming pools and plenty of outdoor space. The location is close to a very nice beach (10min walk), supermarket and a couple of very nice restaurants. If you’re going to stay in hvar, seriously consider staying here. It is worth it.

What a place. Wish we could of stayed longer. Everyone here is awesome. Irina & Tom were very accommodating in everything we needed. Place is brand new, rooms very modern and clean. Will come back and stay again.

The property was very clean and tidy, the staff friendly and helpful. If there was to be a small dig it would be food service was a little slow. To be fair though it's really an apartment complex so food should be your own affair. Other than that i enjoyed my stay and would certainly give a thumbs up for anyone wanting to stay.

CAUTION! Due to inclement weather we decided to cancel with 48 hours notice! WHo wants to be on a holiday island with 18c temperature , wind & rain! We lost our FULL AMOUNT of £600 for TWO NIGHTS STAY. Wouldn’t even consider a 50% credit against a fresh booking! A 5* Hôtel you could cancel with 48 hours notice!

Our stay at Teranea was great! We had to book the room last-minute after missing the last ferry back to Split and the staff was more than accommodating with our late check-in. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and clearly went out of their way to make our stay great. The room itself was very clean and new. Great!

Just a little far from Hvar old town area, but otherwise I would highly recommend this place. New, clean, and affordable, plus awesome pools.
