Incredibly helpful staff, hotel is in a great location. Clean, simple accommodations with a lovely terrace overlooking the water.

I thought this was by the water, it’s not. It’s really hard to get to the hotel and it’s just ok. Staff was very nice!

Very nice hotel, we paid a bit extra and stayed on the 4th floor, a lovely view of the ocean over the tops of nearby buildings, and a very very clean hotel,
Michelle and Ashley were the most friendly and helpful registration / front desk attendants I've met,
we rented and rode around on the electric bikes, right there next to the front lobby, SO Convenient !!!
Will stay here again next time we visit !

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We got a special private tour of the island to see the sunset on the west side. The top deck has a great view of the sea, and the room was very clean!!

The air conditioning in the rooms did not work. We had to sleep in 25 degree room after a long hot day. And there was no fix offered. Ruined our night and didn’t sleep.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay, we had the suite. It was nothing wrong with it but maybe it was more of a nice room than a suite. The roof top terass was really nice. One strange thing was that the room information explains that there are no sheets included. It was of course, and when I asked why it was in the text, nobody knew why it was described liked that.

Very nice and helpful staff. Location good. Close to port (5 min walk). But difficult to get to Porto Ercole, taxi/transfer 80 euro back and forth.
Standard of hotel is quite poor, not so nice interior design nor standard.
Although, the staff is supernice, it was clean and the location is ok. Also breakfast was ok!

Very Nice hotel with very good breakfast- freshly maked scrambled eggs. Fantastic terrasse on the top overlooking the see. Nice for a beer in the afternoon - a small supermarkedet just opposite the hotel. Very clean room. Ten minutes walking down to the harbour.
Only downside is that it is hard to find parking .Especially if you like your car.

Three weeks in Europe and this was the best by far. Especially the staff. Wish they could have all been like this one

Location is perfect and walkable to the harbor, Hotel fairly basic with a horrible smell in the bathroom but the overall experience was good. Managed to get a parking space nice and easy right outside the hotel but parking limited. Staff all friendly and helpful and great value for money.

I really enjoyed the check-in process. Very friendly and shared local knowledge. Wonderful breakfast and comfortable room.
Found it a little hard to find on initial arrival to the immunity of Porto Santo Stefano.

This place had a great location and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. I do wish the bikes were included in the price but its certainly worth renting one to do some exploring of the area.

We found B&b everything we looked for... Hotel was exceptional, from front of house (Ashley) to ktchen, breakfast .. We couldn't fault anything. Parking a car was a problem, both at hotel and in village.... But at hotel we were more than happy, enjoyed the rooftop open air terrace, view of harbour, each evening....compliments to all staff, we can recommend...

Very nice hotel with nice panoramic terace, a little bit problematic with parking as the area is full. Very nice stuff, helping by every question. Brekfast delicious (only coffee would be better...). Little walk downstairs to the centre but is not too long. Very good place and if I would be back I will for sure go there again!
