Great locaction in the city center and a very nice hotel. Bus 22 from the airport stops 5 min away from the hotel. Staff in the receptionen very service friendly. Minus for carpet in room. The hotel website and and hotels.com should inform that pool entrance us not included, was 20 euros extra per person.

Great location. Quiet. I heard other hotels in old town were noisy because of ppl partying all night. My location was still on the edge of old town but it was quiet.

The property is located in a beautiful spot - right on the edge of Old City of Riga by the river, but surrounded by some underloved buildings that need desperate repair. Hotel itself has Spa in the name and on the images, but when I arrived 1st I was told that my booking doesn't include the access to spa and that if I do not like it I need to speak to my agency (which I did later, and they were brilliant). Then 2nd they told me that the Spa isn't available, as it is closed for maintenance and that to access the Spa you need to walk to another hotel 10-15min away. Very bizzar experience. Being in the such location it is in a easy walk from most of Old City attractions and multiple hidden malls. Only 6min walk from coach station.

Fantastic location in edge of the old town. Easy to navigate to and nearby guarded parking. Great breakfast selection and great comfortable room, bed and pillows. Stayed there twice

I liked the location of the hotel. it was modern, the rooms and bathrooms are nice. the negative aspect is first and foremost, no where on hotels.com it informs you that the pool (spa) is for a fee of 20 euros daily. i was looking for spa, i just wanted to go for a quick swim before or after my business meetings. You should display that information on the main page under any heading, but tell your customers!

Good facility and environment

Watch out! The Pool & Spa area is not included on any tarif. A "Standard room" does not include pool & spa, in that case you must book a "Standard room Daily SPA Access". We did not understand that and were displeased by knowing that it was an extra 20EUR per person for each pool area visit. That besides, hotel was nice, super clean, perfectly centrally located, calm and value for money even without pool access. Fitness area is included in standard room.

Appr. 4 years old located with excellent view to the river. Heavy traffic on the road between river and hotel but windows cut out the noice so very quite room. Clean room and well maintained hotel. High service level and many employees so reception and cleaning were fast and precise. Breakfast buffet had all you could wish. Many employees so always filled up buffet and cleaned tables. Bus 22 from and to airport, very easy and take creditcard. Can absolutely recommend.

Shower in the room had very low water pressure, I could barely wash my hair. nice, small-ish hotel spa. Sauna could have been hotter.

Lovely hotel. Quiet at night. Beds very comfortable. Staff friendly. In a fabulous location just across road from the bus stop that goes from the airport. Had a lovely morning in the spa. Do not feel they should allow children to go into the spa people go to relax and there was a child being loud and jumping into the pool and we left as it was not relaxing. Other than that no complaints!!

This is one of the best Hotel in Riga. I find it hard to reject .it’s on another level.my only suggestion when it comes to bedroom duvet if it’s king size , couples should be given a king size duvet instead of two single duvet not comfortable, apart from That Bravo to stuff members and the management. I will recommend your Hotel to all my friends and Family.

Great rooms, spa and Nd gym

Exceptionally thin walls that mean you can hear every footstep and conversation up and down the hall. The water pressure was also so bad it stopped completely mid shower. Excellent location and everyone we met was nice enough but upon mentioning the issues we faced the receptionist was just completely silent and said nothing.

Hotel was excellent, food was very good, great location for old town, swimming pool and spa was amazing. Rooms were spacious & comfortable We had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Great location from airport transport (22 bus), right on the edge of old town, great transport links to elsewhere. Modern, clean hotel, great views across the river and large spacious rooms which were well equipped (definitely opt for a river view room if staying here). Cons: Spa - not worth paying the extra or the extra on the room, whilst it looks great, the jacuzzi and general feeling was cold, so it was hard to relax. The steam/sauna room were okay and spacious though. Breakfast - Avoid, and again don’t bother paying for it here. The “hot food” was freezing cold at different times, choices were limited, and on our second time eating we identified mould on one of the cakes. After pointing this out to a staff member, it was quickly removed, however for a hotel of this calibre it’s not acceptable and made us question the quality of the other food and how long it had been sitting there. This was disappointing as we were expecting hot, fresh food after looking at the photos but this didn’t deliver. We didn’t eat there on the last day.

The hotel itself is not bad but it lacks basically in every single detail, the king bed option is actually two twin bed kept together by the bedsheets, there is no general switch next to the bed to turn off the lights in the whole room, the reading/bed light is too far from the bed you need to get up to turn it off, the tub is so narrow that you can fit inside only laying on your side, we arrived in a cold snowy day and the heating was off both in the room and in the bathroom, the bathroom got lightly cold after three days the room has been constantly a little chilly, the cleaning staff knocked at our door for 5 minutes in a row to ask if we wanted them to clean the room when the hotel has a policy that requires the guests to hand the clean my room sign on the door if you want it to be cleaned, the bar opens at 12 so no option for someone that doesn’t want to have the breakfast or in case you don’t wake up in time to have it…I should list many many others small details that all together make the hotel uncomfortable…and the parking…they declare to have a parking lot but is not even connected to the hotel and doesn’t belong to them but is a private open area 800 meters away from the hotel that you have to pay separately…it says wellness spa but it is more a business hotel considering all the features and small issues of the hotel…absolutely not suggested for couples

Very modern and spotless. I didn’t use any amenities other than the room and one good meal in the restaurant, but it did look like the spa offerings were nice.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Bus and tram stop just across the street. Walking distance to the old town. Very nice facilities however pool access is on extra charge which it was not mentioned during the booking process eventhough pool is mentioned on the amenities list

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very well located and the room was comfortable. It was unclear at the point of booking that you had to book a specific package for daily spa access, but I guess this was my fault as I didn’t scroll down all of the available room options. Even so, 1.5 hour slots had to be booked in advance, at an additional cost of €20pp per session. The facilities at the spa were good, but the jacuzzi wasn’t that hot, which was a shame.
