Very Nice 4 Star Hotel with exceptional Restaurant and Service

Vacation stay. My wife was born in Timisoara & this was her first time back in the country after 40 years. Hotel was nice; we enjoyed our stay. Restaurant service was great! We spent a lot of money on food and wine. We did encounter a problem when we booked our hotel. We booked an extra day in error. When we realized this we contacted Hotels.com and rebooked the correct dates but hotel refused to refund that extra day. We talked to the manager when we got on-site and he refused to work with us. He was indifferent & no customer service skills. Because of that we will not stay there again. They are all about taking your money. Indeed this was a non-refundable rate but it was not like we were a no show for the first date and they held the room and were unable to rent it. The lack of flexibility by hotel management was disappointing.

All as it best! Modern with love for detail. The Argentinian restaurant was in all terms best, same as breakfast, I am traveling on Platin level but these was one of the best. Also very nice staff at Check in / out

Hotel is very clean, the room is spacious with a good size bathroom. Location is very good, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection of hot & cold foods. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the mattress - it was hard like a Futon & I couldn't sleep well for the 2 nights I was there.

Well located, clean and very welcoming. Breakfast every morning at a high standard. Easy and walkable into the city center as well as to the various business locations. Any time again.

Great and very nice hotel. It looks completely new. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. On site is free parking for the guests. Hotel is close to the city centre, nice, less than 10 minutes walk. It is also very well connected with public transport - tram line is just in front of the hotel. Rooms are well sound isolated so traffic was not heard from the street. There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel, a bit pricey but food is great. Breakfast was served due to COVID-19, but there are many available selections and everything is really tasty. Staff is also very nice and speaks perfect English. Internet is fast and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel

I spent the week here while on business in Timisoara. The rooms appear newly decorated, the bathroom is as good as I've seen in any hotel. The staff we're very friendly and efficient. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes walk from the city centre, the route is very simple to follow as the road outside the hotel leads straight to the town center. The tram passes right in front of the hotel, I didn't find it too noisy, the trams stop running at night. The restaurant is excellent, the quality of the food is very high, I ate here three nights of my stay and I was very happy with my choices. The breakfast was as good as I've had anywhere. I will definitely stay here again.

I liked that it was brand new, but not enough power outlets, no view and breakfast was poor.Also could not find anybody at the desk for check out.

The Del Corso is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Romania. The rooms are spotless comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast offered great choices from European breakfasts and even bacon and eggs. The service in the hotel was excellent. The location is a safe short walk to the centre of Timisoara and the taxi service the hotel uses are professional and trustworthy. I would always stay and recommend the Del Corso when in Timisoara. I wish I had stayed longer.
