Excellent concept. Would do this again.

Easy access with codes, great location in the centre, clean and everything there you needed, hairdryer , iron & board were surprising to see. It was all lovely. Earlier access than1pm would of been nice to drop our things as we were meeting friends .

Just stayed one night before family memorial service. Every comfort was there. Very thoughtfully done. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

It’s probably an exception but I found the sheets to be stained. Made me wonder if they were replaced from the previous guest’s visit.

The housekeeper was very pleasant, efficient and helpful.

I had a slight delay checking in, because of my own misunderstanding of sign-in instructions - that the sign-in code should be preceded and followed by #. My message of confusion was promptly responded to - by which time I'd solved the problem! It's a very well modernised appointed site, with kitchen facilities, so more of an apartment than a room! Very centrally located, but no noise disturbance. Parking in central Henley is difficult to find, so be prepared to park out by or near St Marks or St Anthony's Roads.

Small, neat, clean and very well appointed. Access instructions very clear. Parking very busy. No view from my room 103 and a bit noisy with window open. There is A/C though.

Always a lovely stay at Rioshouse in Henley, a lovely hotel in the heart of a lovely town!

Tiny room about a pub. Very loud music went on until around 2 am. This loud music started again at 8.30am! Terrible night sleep.

Really great location, clean and comfortable. The only thing that let it down was the blue flashing light plugged in by the door which really disturbed my sleep (there's a massive sign saying don't touch but I'm not sure what it's even for.)

There was a stench coming from the bathroom. The apartments are located over a pub so there is a little noise. There was a dray delivery at 5am.. Room itself is compact but perfectly formed. Shower room was good apart from the drains..

Great location, simple room yet comfortable and well organised. Amazing shower! It is above a tavern so theres music till midnight but we always travel with ear plugs so didnt affect us at all. Good value for money

Easy check in, very comfortable beds, coffee machine in room and free water. Would stay here again! Slightly odd shower opening straight into the room.

Fantastic location for Henley on Thames. Rooms super clean and staff went above and beyond. The studio is great for extended trips if you want a night or two without eating out. Will stay here again when back in town.

Extremely pleased with this hotel. We had to make a last minute booking, as we were let down by another hotel. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Having read some of the negative reviews, we were a bit dubious, but thankfully we found our stay to be an entirely positive experience. Great location opposite church. Everything was spotlessly clean. Room was serviced every day to a high standard. Very pleased with extra touches like coffee machine, microwave, fridge etc. I would highly recommend this hotel, and won't hesitate to stay there again on our next visit.

Great value apartment in ideal location. We parked at the station which was only 7 mins walk.

Had to cancel last minute because of positive covid test....no refund or credit given.

Clean, good facilities, easy to access and perfectly situated

This is a very small room, which is indicated in the description, but the photos are artfully taken to make it appear bigger. This is more suitable for a single traveller. We had 2 bags and struggled with space to store out the way. The glass wall to the bathroom meant you couldn’t put the light on in the middle of the night without disturbing the other person. There is no soundproofing and the guest in the room next to us snored all night which we could very clearly hear. We have stayed in lots of different accommodation but this was the only one where we could not figure out how to get the air con to stay on which meant the room was too hot overnight. Doors banged every time they were used making a noisy stay and little sleep.

The access to enter the building is very user friendly and the location of the hotel is amazing ! However, the walls for the rooms are paper thin meaning that you can hear everything throughout the night. There was also a small issue with the door to the toilet being a sliding door meaning that there is little privacy with anyone else in the room. All in all a nice room and great location but due to the construction of the walls and noise being so apparent we would not stay here again.

Everything looked completely new and extremely clean, modern and contemporary. Easy access and did the trick. Only slight downside, is that there is no soft furnishings or carpet on the stairs so guests arriving returning late at night can be rather noisy and the walls are only made from partitioning and therefore you can hear voices and noises in the next room. Happy with my room and stay though.

Terrible. I have contacted the establishment (run from Spain) to open communication before leaving a negative review. Their reply expressed remorse of events, but no apology for us having to sort out a volatile incident. We had two nights of unbroken sleep, the 2nd night drunken guests were running around, shouting, breaking property, setting alarms off, harrassing other guests. We heard broken glass, cries of 'help, help me' from another guest room after a series of violent bangs. We had a number to contact in Spain as we were then concerned for that guests safety, but they said they couldn't help giving another number. That number informed us the police had already been notified,the noise continued till 4am. Appalling behaved guests aside, the walls are extremely thin, everywhere has wooden floors so every sound is amplified. Myself and my 75 yr old parent had no sleep before going seperate ways on long journeys the next day. I booked a room with the idea I may sleep, Instead we left on 2 hrs sleep feeling naturally distressed by events The service staff were extremely helpful during working hours, but the owners both on the phone, and subsequent communication couldn't care less, they actually gave me permission to write this review. The rooms are very small, all open plan, you can see in pictures, there is no privacy to the toilet/shower. If you value sleep, any privacy either in your own room or from other guests this is definitely not the stay for you.
