The Staff from the restaurant were so very nice

This was a great stay. Room was large with a large tub. Breakfast was ok, not enough of a variety. I didn't like how one staff member looked over me to help someone else who was after me. When I brought it to her attention that I was next to be helped, she just responded, "oh". There was no empathy or apology.

Parking elevator barely fits a small car and no assistance was provided, unsafe parking all dark undergrounds without sensor lights. Rude and racist staff treated us different and demanded proof of booking when check in was done online 24hrs prior to arrival, I've been in many other countries and haven't experienced this type of disrespect especially being Peruvian. Will never book or recommend this place.

As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe in this property. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to any questions I had regarding Lima and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lima.

Good place

I like the food, good location, friendly staff, open 24/7. I didn’t like that key deactivate a lot, room is not clean well x example bathroom grout is black but other than that is fine, I will recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast. The neighborhood felt safe, even though this isn't the primary tourist area in Lima. I had some issues with getting an early check-in and was told different things by different people. I'd recommend calling a couple of times to confirm that you'll be able to check in when you arrive, if it will earlier than check-in time.

Quiet, modern hotel in a great neighborhood. Comfortable beds, nice amenities. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Lima.

The staff was very friendly and responsive quickly to our needs. We had a room on 15th floor with a beautiful view we felt right at home a room with three comfy beds, very clean, great water pressure, toiletries included hair dryer, Anything I asked they were very quick to respond and provide, plentiful yummy food for breakfast. I can say was one of the best stay and safe place 4blocks away from a Mall anything you need. Uber safe. My daughter had some kind of stomach bug a medic was sent to us directly and staff kept asking of her well being, much apprecited, will definately return to this place. Thank you

Good neighborhood! 10 minets walking to shopping mall, grocery store, restaurants ,hair salon and spa. Front desk is happy to help you with everything, including order a pizza.

nicely located, hotel is clean and quiet. we spent two nights while visiting the city.

My stay at Dazzler was great. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was great. Staff were approachable and friendly. Worth every penny!

The worst check in experience ever. When I booked, I let them know my flight was coming in early signs 5am, never heard bavk for them, so I assumed an early check in was possible at that time. So when I arrived at the property, they stated early check would not begin before 10am, but I could buy a room for the night, which cost twice as much as I paid. I decided to wait until 10 to check in. Well come 10 am, they have no rooms left, so what happened to the room you tried to sell me 5 hours before. Several people had already checked out before then, so as early as 8am. It takes them several hours to change over a room, as I wasn't able to check in until after 1pm. I want the only one waiting on an early check in either, there were at least 4 other couples needing rooms. Based on this I wouldn't recommend if needing an early check in.

The checkin was difficult but the stay was very nice.

The hotel is nice, but in terms of quality-price it didn't win... the windows are not acustic proof and the street is very noisy since very early in the morning. The location is not good, no good restaurants around, needs uber for every place you wanna visit. The breakfast is so artificial- from the eggs to the bread, to the bad coffee... i don't reccomand this hotel.

This is a great choice for San Isidro. The area is quiet and safe for a solo traveler. The breakfast isn’t the best. However, there are plenty todo restaurants nearby like Jose Antonio and San Jose. Staff is nice. Easy check in. Very quiet room service was on point.

The hotel was great. Customer service was not, the front desk man made us wait a lot, he even attended other people who came after us.

Everthing ok

Well located hotel in Lima. We booked for the pool and did not have any notice that this was closed for maintenance until check in..... disappointed since in Lima it is still warm weather season and the hotel did not communicate about it in advance. We would have changed if we knew about it

San Isidro is one of the safest city you can walk in Lima, it has excellent choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as places to dance.

Safe area and quiet area.

Central location to downtown

The gym should have a bench for the weights.
