I had a bad experience during my stay at this hotel. The food was terrible and I had no room service for days. I had to keep on going back and forth to the front desk to get towels. There was a language barrier where no one was able to communicate in English. That was bad…

Everything was well, nothing went wrong.

From entering and until checkout it was perfect! Staff is super friendly. Car was parked in front parking lot. Security is provided. At checkout staff even took photos of us without any hesitations..Its a very good place for very good price! Id stay here again and again!

Hotel is old and dated could use renovation. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

THE HOT WATER DOES NOT WORK AND I HAD TO GO DOWN TO THE RESTAURANT SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY NEVER SOLVED ANYTHING FOR ME, THEY JUST TOLD ME TO WAIT AND GO TO BED WITHOUT BATHING BECAUSE I DID NOT EVEN WANT TO CHANGE ROOMS, IT IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL!

We had a nice stay

Nothing like the pictures Expedia confirmed they contacted the hotel for my late check in, I still had to pay. Hotel was the worst I ever stayed at. The pictures was nothing like the hotel

I loved that the staff was friendly and polite. Very helpful and courteous. The bed was really good and cozy. Supper clean in the room and in the hotel dispute the area. I would definitely stay again. The staff was soooooo friendly and would do the best to answer your questions. I highly recommend for the price and location. Lots of good food options supper close by.

Not a 4 star hotel...more likely a 2 star!

Check-in was good, however the restaurant part of the hotel needs more professional structure. The chefs cooked well and the food was presentable. Room and bathroom were clean however; the shower needs to be leak proof and contained; preventing a wet floor. I feel there needs to be more bilingual interaction as well as more invitation to guests who don't speak Spanish.

The hotel cleanness and the complimentary breakfast are pretty good

The staff service was excellent. The restaurant and food was very good. The room environment needs to improve. The room smell like mold. But after opening the windows the smell was not as strong. The bathrooms needs improvement. Bed was soft and comfortable and the cleaning lady’s excellent.

Hospitality is good property a little neglected

I saw improvements everywhere since last time I was there, even the breakfast was improved. Keep up the good work

The pool latrines were in horrible condition. The front desk staff didnt know much about computers. Good$ though.

The food and view

Most People who work there looks like they don’t want to work maybe there boss don’t pay them well I don’t blame them why there are like that to customer if there boss treats the employees well and they will treat the customer very well like most hotels I have stay at yeah it could be better if there boss pays them well and treat’s them with the hotel will be a lot comfortable to all guests and they will come back more but now the boss needs to start working well with his/her employees if they want there hotel to do well it’s all about the attitude that makes a good place to stay

Great place to stay

Room was dirty? Bathroom was a horrible, the mirror was dirty, the shower had hair, toilet had no cover. After the complaint hey send someone to clean but it was still in bad shape, they put a toilet cover that was smaller then the toilet and when my son sits down it broke, luckily my son didn’t get hurt. Worst hotel experience.

It was a great place to stay in love it
