Great place to stay. Close to everything. Clean and great staff.

Do not stay here. Staff are rude, unhelpful and petty. If you want a good nights sleep, this is not the hotel for you. The massive hot tub is positioned on the inside of the hotel where every audible sound is heard in the hotel rooms into the night. They advertise EV chargers, but none of them are working. People will not accept any responsibility for the EV chargers, even though they listed as an amenity. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anybody, regardless of price.

Beautiful patio and garden

Disappointing; Lukewarm coffee each morning and only offered very small cups; no access to ice machine, had ask for ice at front desk; room fridge was not working properly- froze all liquids and snacks; entrance to property was very narrow which made it tricky if someone was leaving when you were entering. Lastly, hotel sign on street side was partially blocked by shrubs. We missed the property’s only entrance and had to turn around.

We like the courtyards and common areas. They are well designed and well appointed. The room was nice with a fireplace abd beautiful bathroom.

The room, courtyard, and office areas were very clean and comfortable. We opted to not have house cleaning come in, but the office and sitting area by office both had an area rug and they were vacuumed each morning. The courtyard was swept to clean up any leaves or customer trash. The staff in the office and other workers around the property were very friendly and office provided help in going to several wineries and tastings. In the future, we will definitely make this our hotel of choice.

The property was very clean and quiet and the room was very comfortable and good size with a nice and clean bathroom. We would definitely stay here again, but I do think that the $10 parking fee is tacky

Very nice place. Lovely room. Glad the pool was salt-water, not chlorine. Freeway noise at the pool was the only small annoyance.

A perfect stay in wine country! The service was impeccable. The room was sparkling clean and the soaking tub was divine. 10/10

Pros and Cons... We had high hopes for The Lodge. It presents itself very well online but doesn't quite live up to its advertising. One of the issues we had with the property is the lack of accurate signage. Due to flight delays, we arrived late in the evening, and it was hard to find the "lobby." It doesn't face the street and no lighted sign indicates where it is. Rather, it's at the back of the property and isn't a traditional lobby. You actually check in at the cafe/bar. Thankfully the staff waived us in with big smiles. After checking in, I asked for a glass of sparkling wine to offset an extremely long day. They were out. How does a hotel in wine country run out of sparkling? Signs pointing the way to our room also seemed to leave out our specific room number, so we had a bit of wandering to do. Once we got to our nicely appointed room, we found a comfy bed and clean bathroom. The only downside is the shower. It's barely 40" square and difficult to turn around in. If you're tall or overweight, showering will be difficult. Overall, The Lodge just doesn't compare well to similarly priced Healdsburg hotels we've stayed in before. A limited cafe menu is premium-priced, there is no valet and a shared parking lot with Best Western led to problems. If Hilton expects to compete with H2, Hotel Les Mars or other upscale hotels, they need to step up their game. Otherwise, price the property appropriately.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was apathetic. The person who checked us in was the best but overall it seemed like none of them were enjoying their job.

Very comfortable bed with soaking tub and fireplace in room. Pool and jacuzzi etc very clean and the courtyard with beautiful garden. Will stay there again.

We had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. The room decoration was okay. The bed was comfortable. The pool was big and great for swimming but it could have been cleaner. The same with jaccuzi next to the pool.

This was a beautiful and very accommodating place to stay. It was close to all the dining and shopping in Healdsburg. The staff was friendly and accommodating…..Ezra was one of the front desk associates and he was knowledgeable and welcoming, he continuously went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was treated with respect and had the best experience while staying at The Lodge. He is the epitome of customer service. One of the managers made our birthday trip very special and took time to make sure that we felt celebrated and cared for. We were overwhelmed by the experience and look forward to our next visit.
