Very close to the city; just a few blocks walk to the Cathedral. Friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast terrace.

This is our second stay at Milo! We came back because the hotel and staff were amazing the first time around. Our return back this year was amazing too. Although we missed some of the staff that was there last year … Ari and Ismael, the staff that was there this time around was nothing short of wonderful! Veronica, Erik welcomed us with smiles every day and were always there for anything we needed. The hotel is so beautiful and the rooms are as well. I recommend this place to anyone. 10 out of 10!! We look forward to coming back!!

Our experience was good. Beautiful property each room decorated individually, bed & pillows were super comfortable, they keep the room clean, quiet to sleep.The breakfast included could be a bit more, but it was good and appreciated. Excellent front desk customer service, we’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Puebla as they make you feel like home. This is a gem of a hotel.

Not what described, breakfast is not included as it says, it's just a tiny brunch, by the way if you don't drink coffee bring your own water bottle, too expensive for what they offer, better deals somewhere else without breaking your wallet.

Beautiful hotel and felt comfortable. The only complaint would be that we stayed in a room under the roof top and could hear when a chair would be drag around. Also, could hear when chairs and people were jumping. Besides that, I appreciate staff being attentive.

The Milo Hotel in Puebla is in a beautifully renovated building that dates back to the colonial period. The stone staircases and high ceilings are reminiscent of an earlier time. The roof terrace provides a quiet place to relax or work and offers views of the city with all of its churches. The hotel is centrally located within a short walk of the central Zócalo. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious with strong coffee, a healthy fruit salad and fresh breads and pastries. We stayed five nights and strongly recommend the hotel.

Hotel property is wonderful.. staff very courteous and helpful. We were impressed with everyone at the hotel. Attention to detail for everything. Breakfast wonderful … I will recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to experience luxury. Gloria and Mayra wonderful ladies. Conveniently located near historic center .

It is a a great boutique hotel with a beautiful terrace/deck overlooking the whole city.

Decent hotel. Not as nice as photos. On an ugly street where they will give you parking tickets.

We were so sad to leave, they treated us like family. They missed nothing in this place, from the character and history of the building to the guest conveniences. The only negative would be that it was hard to leave to see the city. Lol. Stay here quickly because it is way under valued.

A remodeled Spanish colonial building that stayed true to its original style with modern conveniences in the room. A short walk to the zócalo, historic biblioteca and very good restaurants. The staff was very helpful and even accommodated us with an early hour continental breakfast on our last morning.

Beautiful rooms and close to the action in Centro. Staff is amazing. Beds are super comfortable. Shout out to Ari, superstar host.

Our stay here was AMAZING!! The staff, Ari, Ismael and Johnathan are just the best ever. They made us feel like we were home. They stopped at nothing to make our stay the most comfortable. Ismael was so kind and served us up the greatest breakfast on the Terrance. Always had a smile on his face to welcome us in the mornings. And Ari was also so amazing. Always so sweet and joyful and willing to help me with any travel or sight seeing I needed!! I just can’t say enough good things. Upon check out we took pictures with Ari and Ismael and they walked us to our Uber and we all hugged goodbye. It was like saying good bye to family. We can’t wait to go back!!
