Das Hotel an sich , der Spa - & Wellnessbereich & vorallem das Personal…
Selbst das Essen im Saltz , vorallem die Pommes mit Trueffel & das Fruehstueck waren unglaublich lecker …
Das Zimmerservice-Team war immer nett , egal zu welcher Uhrzeit wir bestellt haben …
Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen…
Das man in der Bar leider fuer ne laengere Zeit ignoriert wird…
Die Bedienung hat uns am Anfang lange ignoriert, hat die anderen Gaeste immer bedient & das auch mehrmals , obwohl wir nen Tisch zugewiesen wurden …
Nachher wurden wir dann doch bedient & dann auch mehrmals ohne lange zu warten , war dennoch komisch , denn als mein Partner alleine unten war , ging es wieder los & er is deswegen gegangen …
Ich glaube die schauen eher auf die , die nach sehr viel Geld aussehen …

The hotel is amazing! Fantastic location and superb amenities. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and the view stunning, especially if you get the front side of the hotel with views of the Alps in the distance. Amazing to wake up to and amazing to fall asleep to. The spa was fantastic (Vincent! He helped relieve what feels like years long lower back pain!) And the restaurant absolutely delicious! All in all a great stay, just wish it had been longer.
The price was a bit on the high side, especially for a family of 5. But you pay for what you get, and what we got was worth it.

Rate per room to expensive for the poor quality of the room and the furniture, especially the bed , low quality

Enjoyed the upgrade of room, the friendliness of the staff and the location of the Hotel. Although I didn't have enough time to book a treatment, the Gym and Spa facilities are amazing.
Checkout was a little bumpy, waited 30 minutes for my bags. The day I left it was quite busy, so quite slow. Other than that, excellent experience.

Lovely location above Zurich with a quiet big spa area. Rooms with a great view and breakfast was delicious. Would book again if a chance occurs.

the hotel charged my card before I formally checked out and when I brought it to their attention they claimed it was an authorization, yet, I received two separate emails during my stay asking me how my stay was as if I checked out, but I didn’t check out and my credit card was pending the charge. this is insulting for a solo traveler and a younger person of financial means. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay of like-status and age to stay here. this seems targeted to an older crowd and dated in hospitality. the staff in the bar and restaurant were lovely, but the hotel accommodation operations needs help.

Rooms complete with facilities.
Staff could be more helpful. Was given wrong info twice (once being the timing of spa, which made miss the spa in the morning until the last day).
Housekeeping was not on par with a 5* hotel at all, specially one at this cost. I left a dirty wet bath robe in the bath. Instead of changing it they just hanged it up again. They left cleaning cloths in the room. They didn't leave water in the room.
One of the stingiest 5 stars I've even seen (I travel at least once or twice a month, business and leisure).
Beds were too soft and bouncy. Pillows uncomfortable.
Definitely too over-rated.
