The room was city view...and had a picture of the city stuck to the window!

La fenêtre de la chambre recouverte d'un autocollant pour masquer la vue sur la soufflerie...inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles!
L'hôtesse d'accueil qui a notre arrivée ne retrouve qu'une seule réservation alors qu'il y e avait 2, et qui nous dit qu'elle ne pourra rien faire pour nous car l'hôtel est complet! Au finale il s'agissait juste de lire les bons noms! Les femmes de ménages qui parlent et rigolent fort dans les couloirs dès 8h30! Vraiment dommage...

Comfortable clean room with great seaview. Very helpful staff who stored our bikes for us and also looked after our bags when we passed through town a few days later- much appreciated

This hotel was in an excellent location overlooking the seafront and the promenade. Wonderful views out to sea. We had a sea view and the room was quiet and very comfortable. The large bed was extremely comfortable. We liked the bathroom which was a good size and included a bath and a shower over the bath.
The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. I guess this was because we were at the furthest end of the building. It was a pity that the bar was only open at certain times relating to serving dinner for guests . Surprisingly for a large hotel there was no lounge area

Excellent friendly staff, superb seafront view, made to feel very welcome. Very clean room and bathroom, bedding etc. Enjoyed a very good dinner in the restaurant. Easy walk into town and seafront opposite. Allowed to leave bags in secure store after checkout.
Bathroom WC on the small side. Over bath shower very good although step up into bath could have done with a grab rail. We are both 60+!!

housekeeping staff was good; restaurant was good in terms of food and service but totally lacking in ambiance
basically like staying in a bunker - no character. Functional but lacking in small details - no writing pads or pens, no telephone contact list for hotel staff available.

Very good location and our room had a sea view. Spacious with a large window. Fantastic bar at the top of the building

excellent location, just in front of the dieppe beach, few meters to the castle, we chose the room face the sea, very nice. Room is clean and the bed is comfort.

Room, breakfast and dinner with sea view ... splendid! Parking just across the street.
The superior room might have been somewhat bigger. The windows were very dirty with droppings of the seagulls.

Not sure about a casino at the bottom of a hotel…. But this did not disturb me.
The staff really helped me along as I did not speak french….. service great an a clean tidy room.
