Staff was nice, the views were stunning, the interior design was nice and breakfast was good. There were fresh roses in the room and the balcony has really nice views to the forest. The parking is big and with some shades. The restaurant has good food and there is a nice little shop with local products.

The spa is a bit outdated, it could do with some modernazing. It was a wedding party that was a bit loud late at night.

you need a car to reach the place. We had our own car hence we found this place . very quiet and nestled far away from the busy city.

We have already been in this hotel before and it was excellent then and mostly still is. Dinner and breakfast still very good. Staff exceptionnally friendly and helpful. Very large swimming pool and nice spa, though a bit outdated.

This time we had a room on the first floor where there was a loud humming sound, which kept us out of our sleep all night. We reckon it came from the ground floor. We might consider coming back to this hotel, but never again first floor for us...

The location is utterly gorgeous- perfect for hiking around the region. The spa and pool are clean and well run. The attendant explained all of the COVID rules and was friendly and helpful. There is a lovely terrace area for post hike beers and the food was exceptional: the BEST Cordon Bleu I have had in Switzerland. Nice wine selection and a good breakfast. The staff here is multi-lingual and super friendly and helpful.

I was in a single in the annex; it had a great view and a comfortable bed, but it lacked some of the amenities I typically look for, such as a tea kettle, bathrobe, and extra toiletries.(I hiked in, so some body lotion and conditioner would have been great!). These are just little things, for the price it was still a great value.
