Bigger hotel, convieniently located not far from the station. Room was big, bed was very comfortable.

Short walk from train station. Room and breakfast good. Arrived early and they looked after our luggage whilst we went to Zermatt. Opted for half board so had a 3 course dinner (limited options) for 18SF which was a good deal.

Room a bit small with luggage but quiet.

A great hotel with really friendly staff 😊, and great location. lots of variety for breakfast.

Gets the job done! Cozy rooms, and we felt the breakfast was fantastic given the price of the stay. Hard to find another comparable hotel in town for less, even without breakfast. Great one night stay, and would stay again.

Not that I didn’t like it but it would be a shower rather than a bath with low rise shower and it’s only as I always shower, never bath. Hence it’s a personal preference

Was one of the worst experiences we had. First point: The reception wasn't friendly and did not provide good customer service. When we got to the hotel, there are a bad smell starting from the reception, when we got to the room was terrible, smelled of fresh paint very hard, later the bathroom starts to smell of sewer and the duvet also when we moved smelled farts.

Air conditioning did not work in both the rooms we were in. After complaining at midnight staff only showed how to set the thermostat which I already knew and did. The receptionist told that there is no availability of portable fans as well. It was hot without A/C and was uncomfortable.

A good room for a 2 nights stay. bed comfortable, well chilled room, very good parking and Wi-fi, all in all a great accomodation. Good breakfast, very central to Brig, lots to do in very short distance!

Great location, underground parking available without any problems or fees. Room was good size, I booked a single room but I think I got a bigger one as there were two beds there. Clean and comfy, had all I needed. Breakfast was good, everyone would find something for themselves for sure.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the dining room during breakfast, almost as if there was a smoking room right there somewhere.
