I feel bad reviewing this place poorly but 4 is nice because I arrived and slept and that’s it. There is a bed, a toilet, a shower for very cheap, and I didn’t die so could be worse.

Walk through a back door to a dusty abandoned supermarket in a 1800s fridge elevator up to the hostel. Very old unclean reception, kitchen and community area with one toilet to share and 2 plugs to share between all the beds.

Good location, convenient to access the historic center of San Marino. A big advantage is the availability of a parking space, an elevator and air conditioning in the room. They gave us a discount card for parking and many museums in San Marino. There is a pub/restaurant downstairs in the structure where you can grab a beer or dinner at a very good price.

Maybe it needs renovation because the building as well as the hostel floor looks old. Insufficient soundproofing of the room, which is an inconvenience for noisy guests.

I have been here before with my family, so it means we were satisfied when we came back again.

Small untidy room gives unhealthy vive. The hostel keeper is a nice man but things are very unorganised. People are living in that room for weeks. Most importantly, you took 23 euro for a 8 euro small room. I should get a full reimbursement!

Not much to like here... it has beds, but no linens without an extra charge. There are barelybany lights, plugs, or really anything to be found. The staff is incompetent and as dirty as the facilities.

The location is in complete disrepair. Whatever sort of club occupied the lower floor is horrily dilapidated and the signs leading you into it searching for the hostel is ridiculous. The "restaurant" is a joke, with frozen dinners and microwave food at a premium cost with little to zero options or taste... and looks like it has been closed for years, despite actually being open. There is a single bathroom and shower, for the entire facility, and the whole place feels like a crummy closed down hospital that is now filled with squaters... there is a bed and a roof, and that is about all, without even sheets or pillows included. This is possibly the worst hostel I have stayed in around the world. Pay a but more and stay elsewhere. Avoid here if at all possible.

Forced to pay 23% extra for bed linen even though it was included in the price according to the booking.com app. Threatened mafia-style by receptionist to be thrown to the street if I don't pay the linen extra costs. Common showers (for men and women together...) have partially-transparent walls without a door or lock - extremely inappropriate. There's only one toilet for the whole floor. Shower and toilet are not inside the room like stated in the app. Very dirty and dusty - looks like the place hasn't been cleaned for a couple of months.

There is a restaurant run by the hostel owners which has cheap food. The bus station is right at the door of the hostel.

The location is not great unless you have a car. You can go to San Marino center by bus (which runs every 1h or so) or with the cable car. There is only one bathroom for all rooms. The atmosphere was not that of a hostel with young travelers, most of the guests were not tourists but actually worked and lived there. I would NOT recommend it for solo travelers.

It's a big a spacious hostel, close to the bus stop for the Rimini line. Communication with the staff was good and the hostel did not get full, so it was great for resting. The kitchen is really great, fully equiped and spacious. Wifi worked well. There is a supermarket right next to the hostel. Staff is friendly too. I also liked the eco friendly showers (low flow and manual).

Did not look like the pictures at all. The place was empty, looked deserted and was filthy. We left immediately.

BEDBUGS, one shower and one toilet for all 30 dorms. It is not near the historical center. Very dirty and bedbugs. There were a couple reviews about bedbugs but I thought they’d have cleaned everything after the revieuws. They did not, the bedbugs are everywhere, it’s horrible. I have to fly home now (in the middle of my 3 month trip) to get rid of it all. :((

great location for price. 15 minute (uphill) walk to the cable car which takes you straight to the top of the mountain in the middle of it all. bus stop right out front if you prefer that. supermarket and restaurant underneath property. owner was lovely. there is laundry service for €3

the facilities are, quite frankly, terrible. the bathroom and shower (yes, there’s only one of each) are old, run down, and gross. there are zero luxuries at this hostel. if you are okay with that, and understand it’s just a place to sleep for the night for cheap, it’s absolutely worth it. San Marino is twice as stunning at night so would always recommend someone spend a night or two here rather than do it as a day trip. just be aware that it is the most basic of hostels. be aware linen is €3 also

A nice cool room, friendly staff, good sound proofing and at one of the stops on the bus heading to the main attractions of San Marino.

Limited charging ports, showers not ideal in terms of spray and temperature, but okay in hot weather.

Good location, right next to bus stop. Comfortable for a short stay.

The electric stopped. The day I checked out the owner wanted me to leave asap and not stay in the hostel because I had checked out. Felt unwelcoming. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Personal was nice. It was quiet place. Parking included. Receptionist do not speak english, but they offer you card with discount to the city center.

Doublebed room was with many bunks, so the room was quite big, but full of beds. We had prive bathroom which is not worth it. Shower is right over the toilet, hot water did not run neither in the evening or night nor in the morning. Window is high so you cannot see outside. Receptionist do not speak english, but they offer you card with discount to the city center.
